Job Description

• Collaborate on product direction and visuals to ensure a cohesive and effective user experience.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to explore and convey design solutions.
• Execute visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering teams.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product teams to ideate and define innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conduct user research and assess user feedback to enhance user experience and design.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools, specifically Figma.
• Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within a team to align on product vision and design.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in UX design or related field.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of user experience and visual design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools necessary for creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
