Job Description:

We’re seeking a versatile Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist to lead the creation of visually stunning designs and execute data-driven marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for a creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and can seamlessly blend artistic talent with strategic marketing expertise.  

Key Responsibilities:  

Graphic Design:  

  • - Design compelling visuals for digital and print media (e.g., social media graphics, websites, email campaigns, brochures, ads, and packaging).  
  • - Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.  
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, product) to translate concepts into engaging designs.  
  • - Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, adhering to deadlines.  
  • - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and software.  

Marketing:

  • - Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, etc.).  
  • - Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Ads Manager.  
  • - Create persuasive marketing copy and content.
  • - Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.  
  • - Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities.  

Qualifications:

Required:  

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).  
  • - 3–5 years of proven experience in graphic design and marketing.  
  • - Portfolio showcasing expertise in digital/print design and marketing campaigns.  
  • - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.  
  • - Strong knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite, WordPress).  
  • - Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.  
  • - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.  
  • - Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or UX/UI design.
