Chemical Sales Engineer - مهندس مبيعات كيميائي

The Chemical Sales Engineer position involves selling various types of chemicals to industrial customers, manufacturing companies, commercial facilities and other users of specialty chemicals. The candidate organizes plans and directs all sales activity for both established as well as prospective accounts.

Job Requirements:

1.    Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions.
2.    Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
3.    Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
4.    Prepare and deliver proposals explaining products or services to customers, their cost, their payment terms and delivery.
5.    Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
6.    Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
7.    Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
8.    Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
9.    Prepare weekly sales reports including all visits of the prior week and the plan on the following week.

Skills:

1.    Good Verbal and written Communication Skills.
2.    Excellent written and spoken English language-extra language is a plus
3.    Able to communicate with overseas principal via telephone and emails.
4.    Good Knowledge of Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.
5.    Experience and good knowledge of RO and activated carbon usage.
6.    Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental science or similar fields from an accredited institution.
7.    Minimum 3 year of experience in Sales for Chemicals in Oil & Gas Industry. Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
8.    Excellent organizational, research, and multitasking abilities.
9.    Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.
10.    A professional appearance.
