Job Description

Job Purpose

The company is seeking field and leadership talent for the position of Area Coordinator. The Area Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing field operations and the sales team within the assigned geographical area, ensuring the achievement of distribution and field coverage targets, and monitoring liquidity movement and the growth of the agent and merchant network.

Key Responsibilities

• Area Management & Planning: Divide the geographical area into daily work routes (Beats), assign them to the sales team, monitor field coverage, and regularly update the routes.
• Team Leadership & Guidance: Conduct direct meetings with Sales Executives, set daily and field targets, and accompany team members in the field to train and develop their sales skills.
• Liquidity Management & Escalation: Continuously monitor the liquidity of agents and field points and resolve or escalate operational challenges and issues as they arise.
• Expansion & Account Acquisition: Supervise the registration of new agents and merchants and verify their compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements through the field application.
• Performance Monitoring & Promotion: Monitor daily performance reports, conduct field inspections to ensure the availability of promotional materials (POSM), and ensure proper brand visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in field sales and distribution, preferably in digital financial services / e-wallets, telecommunications, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and guiding field sales teams.

• Strong ability to plan field routes, manage geographical areas, and analyze performance data.
• Strong problem-solving and field decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using field applications and systems related to GPS.
• High flexibility and ability to travel, work in the field, and perform under pressure.
