About the Role:
Mosnad is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Team Leader to lead and scale our sales operations. This role will be responsible for managing and developing multiple sales functions including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives, CRM operators, and Customer Success teams.
The Sales Team Leader will play a dual role: driving Mosnad’s own B2B sales growth while also overseeing and guiding remote sales teams deployed for Mosnad’s clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales leadership, digital prospecting, CRM-driven sales operations, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Mosnad and Client's sales teams across different roles including SDRs, Account Executives, CRM operators, and Customer Success.
- Develop and execute scalable B2B sales strategies to drive growth for Mosnad and its clients.
- Oversee digital prospecting activities including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calls, and CRM-based lead pipelines.
- Monitor sales teams performance, KPIs, and pipeline health through CRM systems and team leads reports.
- Build, train, and mentor sales talents to improve closing rates, increase overall sales productivity, and develop a strong sales talen pool.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Support Mosnad’s internal sales growth while supervising sales teams deployed for Mosnad’s clients.
- Establish structured sales processes, playbooks, and performance management frameworks.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of sales activities within CRM platforms.
- Serve as the account manager for Mosnad’s sales clients, ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven B2B sales experience (4+ years preferred), including at least 2 years in sales team management.
- Experience in the tech products industry (is a strong plus).
- Expertise in digital prospecting and outbound sales strategies.
- Experience managing multi-role sales teams (SDRs, AEs, Customer Success, CRM operations).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to build, train, and scale high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience working with GCC or Saudi markets is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
