CLEANER 

Position status: Fix term contract for 1 year (Renewable based on Budget availability and performance)
Location: Sana’a

Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, humanitarian, non-governmental organisation providing assistance to people in need as a result of natural and man-made disasters, irrespective of race, religion, ideology or politics.

Main Purpose

Execute, according to hygienic standards, housekeeping, cleaning and tiding up activities in order to ensure public and staff private areas are in good condition.

Accountabilities

• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets and other rooms in MSF houses/. 
• Do the laundry iron clothes and other housekeeping activities. 
• Support the cook (washing up, cleaning the kitchen, etc.). 
• Sweep and mop the floors. 
• Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) as required. 
• Upon arrival, prepare hot water for tea/coffee and refill drinking water. 
• Check that the toilets are well stocked with paper, and soap.
• Check that the water supply (kitchen, showers, etc.) is sufficient during water cuts. 
• Keep premises properly locked (doors, windows). 

MSF Section/Context Specific Accountabilities

• Follow at all times all hygiene standards and security rules.
• Report all important information (lost, robbery, damages, deterioration, incident, etc.) to supervisor.
• Clean Offices, Watchmen and drivers station, entrance of the office, the yard office, kitchen, safe room, eating area and help the guest house and office cleaners in cleaning.
• Cover the gap of guest house and office cleaner.
• Help in receiving, distributing and moving the Hygiene Items, stationery and coffee break from the warehouse to the concern department from one place to another.

Requirements

Education    

• Basic Education- desirable

Experience    

• Previous experience with MSF/other NGO is desired 
• None is required

منظمة أطباء بلا حدود (MSF) هي منظمة دولية وإنسانية وغير حكومية تقدم المساعدة للأشخاص المحتاجين نتيجة الكوارث الطبيعية والكوارث التي من صنع الإنسان ، بغض النظر عن العرق أو الدين أو الإيديولوجيا أو السياسة.

الهدف الرئيسي:

تنفيذ أنشطة التدبير المنزلي والتنظيف والترتيب، وفقًا للمعايير الصحية، لضمان أن المناطق العامة والخاصة للموظفين في حالة جيدة.

المسئوليات:

• تنظيف غرف النوم والحمامات والمراحيض والغرف الأخرى في مقرات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود .
• القيام بغسيل الملابس و كيها و أنشطة التدبير المنزلي الأخرى.
• مساعدة الطباخ في (الغسيل، تنظيف المطبخ، إلخ).
• كنس ومسح الأرضيات.
• تخزين الإمدادات (ورق التواليت والصابون وما إلى ذلك) كما هو مطلوب.
• عند الوصول، إعداد الماء الساخن للشاي/القهوة و أعادة ملئ مياه الشرب.
• التأكد من أن الورق والصابون و مواد النظافة متوفرة في المراحيض .
• التأكد من أن إمدادات المياه (المطبخ، والاستحمام، وما إلى ذلك) كافية أثناء انقطاع المياه.
• إبقاء المباني مغلقة بشكل صحيح (الأبواب والنوافذ).

المسؤوليات المحددة للسياق الخاصة بمنظمة أطباء بلا حدود

• اتباع جميع معايير النظافة وقواعد الأمان في جميع الأوقات.
• الإبلاغ عن جميع المعلومات المهمة (المفقودات، السرقة، الأضرار، التدهور، الحوادث، إلخ.) إلى المشرف.
• تنظيف المكاتب، منطقة الحراسة والسائقين ، مدخل المكتب، فناء المكتب، المطبخ، غرفة الامان  ومنطقة تناول الطعام ومساعدة عمال النظافة في السكن والمكاتب في التنظيف.
• تغطية مكان عامل النظافة في بيت الضيافة و المكاتب.
• المساعدة في استلام وتوزيع ونقل مواد النظافة والقرطاسية و مستلزمات القهوة من المستودع إلى الإدارة المعنية من مكان إلى آخر.
