مدير التخطيط التجاري (تخطيط الشبكة - شركة طيران)

تعلن شركة طيران رائدة وسريعة النمو في اليمن عن حاجتها إلى مدير التخطيط التجاري (Network Planning Manager) للانضمام إلى فريقها القيادي والمساهمة في بناء وتطوير شبكة وجهاتها وتحقيق نمو مستدام في الإيرادات.

 هدف الوظيفة

قيادة وتطوير استراتيجية شبكة الرحلات بما يضمن تحقيق أعلى كفاءة تشغيلية وربحية، من خلال تحليل الأسواق، إدارة السعة، وتحسين الأداء التجاري للخطوط الجوية.

 المهام والمسؤوليات

• إعداد جداول الرحلات وتطوير استراتيجية شبكة الرحلات قصيرة وطويلة المدى
• تحليل الأسواق (Demand Analysis) ودراسة سلوك المسافرين والمنافسين
• تحديد الوجهات الجديدة وتقييم جدواها التشغيلية والتجارية
• تحسين أداء الخطوط الحالية (Load Factor / Yield / RASK)

التنسيق مع إدارات:

• العمليات الجوية
• الإيرادات (Revenue Management)

التسويق والمبيعات

• إعداد جداول الرحلات (Scheduling) بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية
• دعم قرارات التسعير من خلال تحليل البيانات والاتجاهات
• طلب التصاريح التشغيلية
• إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا تتضمن توصيات استراتيجية
• المساهمة في إطلاق وجهات جديدة من الناحية التجارية والتشغيلية

 المؤهلات والمتطلبات

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الطيران، الاقتصاد، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير)

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في:

• تخطيط الشبكات (Network Planning) أو
• التخطيط التجاري في شركات الطيران

فهم عميق لمفاهيم:

• Airline Economics
• Route Profitability
• Slot Coordination

خبرة في أنظمة الطيران مثل:

• PSS / Scheduling Systems
• أدوات تحليل البيانات (Excel Advanced / BI Tools)
• مهارات تحليلية متقدمة وقدرة على اتخاذ القرار المبني على البيانات
• مهارات تواصل عالية والعمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (مستوى متقدم)

Commercial Planning Manager (Network Planning – Airline)

A Leading Airline in Yemen

A fast-growing and leading airline in Yemen is seeking a highly qualified Network Planning Manager to join its leadership team and contribute to the development and optimization of its route network and sustainable revenue growth.

 Position Objective

Lead and develop the airline network strategy to maximize operational efficiency and profitability through market analysis, capacity planning, and commercial performance optimization.

 Key Responsibilities

• Develop flight schedules, develop short-term and long-term network planning strategies
• Conduct market and demand analysis, including competitor and passenger behavior analysis
• Identify and evaluate new route opportunities from operational and commercial perspectives
• Optimize current route performance (Load Factor / Yield / RASK)
• Coordinate closely with:
  • Flight Operations
  • Revenue Management
  • Sales & Marketing
• Prepare flight schedules in coordination with relevant departments and authorities
• Support pricing decisions through market and data analysis
• Coordinate operational approvals and traffic rights requests
• Prepare strategic reports and recommendations for senior management
• Support the commercial and operational launch of new destinations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in:

• Airline Network Planning, or
• Commercial Planning within airlines

Strong understanding of:

• Airline Economics
• Route Profitability
• Slot Coordination

Experience with aviation systems such as:

• PSS / Scheduling Systems
• Advanced Excel / BI Tools
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
• Advanced English proficiency
