تبحث منظمة غير حكومية وغير ربحية تعمل في جميع أنحاء اليمن عن مرشح مناسب لشغل منصب " ضابط/ة أمن وسلامة.
تلتزم المنظمة بصون الأفراد الذين تعمل معهم والمستفيدين الذين تتعامل معهم وتخدمهم، ولا تتسامح المنظمة مطلقاً صفر تسامح مع أي انتهاكات او تجاوزات لقواعد السلوك الخاصة بالمنظمة، سياسة الصون والحماية من الاستغلال والانتهاك الجنسيين، منع الاختلاس والفساد وتضارب المصالح.

ملخص المهام:

ضابط/ضابطة أمن وسلامة هو الموظف/الموظفة المسؤول/ة عن تنفيذ إجراءات وسياسات الأمن والسلامة في المنظمة، ومتابعة المخاطر التي قد يتعرض لها فريق العمل.

المهام الرئيسية:
1.    المساعدة في تطوير وتحديث دليل سياسات وإجراءات الأمن والسلامة.
2.    العمل على مراجعة إجراءات الأمن والسلامة المتوفرة لدى المنظمة والتأكد من عدم وجود ثغرات امنية.
3.    تدريب الموظفين الجدد على إجراءات الامن والسلامة في المنظمة.
4.    متابعة المخاطر التي يتعرض لها فريق العمل وتوثيقها وأرشفتها والتواصل مع الفريق للاطمئنان عليهم.
5.    العمل كنقطة تواصل مع الموظفين الذين يتعرضون للمخاطر، وتوجيهم للتعامل معها بحسب الإجراءات المتبعة في المنظمة.
6.    المساهمة في عمليات التقييم الخاصة بشراء معدات السلامة في المنظمة.
7.    عمل تقييم وتحليل دوري لمخاطر الامن والسلامة التي يتعرض لها فريق العمل. 
8.    إعداد التقارير الدورية حول المخاطر التي يتعرض لها الفريق. 

المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات المطلوبة:

• بكالوريوس إدارة اعمال او تخصص ذو علاقة.
• خبرة عمل في مجال مشابهة لا تقل عن سنة.
• دورات تدريبية في مجال الأمن والسلامة.
• مهارات التحليل والتخطيط. 
• مهارات العمل على برامج الاكسل والورد والجوجل درايف.
• لغة انجليزية جيدة .
• مهارات الاستماع والمتابعة.
• الدقة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
• التواصل ومهارات الاتصال.
• الالتزام بالسرية، والتحكم بالذات.
• النزاهة والشفافية والمصداقية.
• القدرة على ترتيب الأولويات، إدارة الوقت.

Job Title: Safety and Security Officer

Governorate: Amanat al-Asimah 

A non-governmental, non-profit organization operating across Yemen is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of " Safety and Security Officer "

The organization is dedicated to safeguarding both the individuals it collaborates with and serves. The organization maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any infractions or transgressions of its Code of Conduct, Safeguarding and Protection of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Policy, Anti-Embezzlement, Corruption, and Conflict of Interest Policy. This dedication permeates the organization's recruitment and employment protocols, requiring all employees and volunteers to proactively champion and abide by all its policies. Selected candidates will, therefore, undergo rigorous reference and background checks against their past behavior related to sexual exploitation and abuse and may be required to provide additional information further on in the selection process.

Task summary:

The Safety and Security Officer is responsible for implementing the organization’s safety and security procedures and policies, and for monitoring potential risks that may affect the staff.

Main Tasks:

1.    Assist in developing and updating the organization's safety and security policies and procedures manual.
2.    Review existing safety and security procedures to identify and address any gaps.
3.    Train new staff on the organization’s safety and security procedures.
4.    Monitor and document risks faced by staff, maintain proper records, and follow up to ensure their wellbeing.
5.    Act as a point of contact for staff exposed to risks, and guide them in handling such situations according to the organization’s protocols.
6.    Contribute to the evaluation and procurement processes for safety equipment.
7.    Conduct regular assessments and analyses of the safety and security risks facing the team.
8.    Prepare periodic reports on safety and security risks encountered by the team.

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Training courses in safety and security.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive.
• Good command of English.
• Strong listening and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and self-control.
