تعلن الشركة العربيَّة اليمنيَّة للأسمنت المحدودة عن وظيفة شاغرة (أخصائي تسويق) وذلك حسب الشروط الموضحة أدناه:

أوَّلاً: المهام والمسؤوليَّات:

1.    متابعة السوق للوقوف على كل جديد فيه، وتحليل السوق لتعيين الأساليب التسويقية الجديدة.

2.    العمل على تقديم الدعم المناسب في إنشاء برامج التسويق وتطوير مبادرات التسويق الاستراتيجي، وذلك من خلال التعاون مع المسؤولين عن المبيعات والمنتج.

3.    العمل على تطوير المواد التسويقية والتأكد من الالتزام بكافة الإرشادات الخاصة بالعلامة التجارية.

4.    تطوير برامج التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الأحداث الرقمية أو الحملات.

5.    التعاون مع الموردين والوكالات الخارجية لتنفيذ برامج التسويق المعتمدة في الشركة.

6.    تقديم تقرير عن أداء وكفاءة الحملات التسويقية وتحليلها.

7.    تحليل سلوك المستهلك عن طريق بحوث التسويق وجمع البيانات لفهم خطط التسويق، وفهم اتجاهات الشراء، الأمر الذي يساعد في تنفيذ المشروع التسويقي المخطط له.

8.    التواصل الجيد مع العملاء وبناء علاقات قوية بينهم وبين فريق العمل.

9.    إدارة مواقع الشركة والحسابات التابعة لها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

10.    متابعة الحملات التسويقية للمؤسسات الأخرى وتحليلها لتحديد الوضع التنافسي.

11.    أي مهام أخرى توكل إليه.

ثانياً: المؤهلات العلمية:

1.    بكالوريوس في مجال التجارة والإقتصاد أو تخصص ذا صلة بمجال ودراسات التسويق.
2.    خبرة عملية لا تقل عن (4) سنوات في مجال العلاقات العامة والتسويق وخدمة العملاء.
3.    يفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية نطقا وكتابة.
4.    القدرة على إستخدام برامج الأوفيس.
5.    القدرة على تأسيس العلاقات وشبكات التواصل.

Arabian Yemen Cement Company Ltd announces a vacancy (Marketing Specialist) according to the following conditions:

Firstly: Duties and Responsibilities:

1.    Track the market to stay up-to-date on the latest trends, and to analyze the market to identify new marketing strategies.
2.    Provide the necessary support in developing marketing programs and strategic marketing initiatives, by collaborating with sales and production concerned.
3.    To develop marketing materials and maintain brand compliance.
4.    Developing marketing programs, whether it is social media, Email, digital events or campaigns.
5.    Collaborate with suppliers and external agencies to implement the company's approved marketing programs.
6.    Provide a report on the performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns and their analysis.
7.    Analyze consumer behavior through marketing research and data collection to understand marketing plans, understand buying trends, and help execute the planned marketing project.
8.    Communicate effectively with customers and build strong relationships between them and the team.
9.    To manage the company's websites and social media accounts.
10.    Follow up and analyze marketing campaigns of other institutions to determine the competitive situation.
11.    Any other tasks assigned to him.

Secondly: Qualification 

1-    Suitable university degree, preferably a Bachelor of commerce, majoring in Economics, or an equivalent degree in the fields of marketing, and market research and studies.
2-    Minimum practical experience of not less than (4) years in public relations, marketing, and customer service fields.
3-    Fluent English (Speaking & Writing). 
4-    Computer literacy.
5-    Capability of establishing effective relations.
