Background

BCHR is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio-economic situation in Yemen since 2015.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES 

1.    Supervise the implementation of project activities in targeted areas.
2.    Supervise the registration of beneficiaries and verification to ensure the correct procedures are followed in accordance with the guidelines and procedures provided by donors.
3.    Raising weekly, monthly and final reports by the donor by approved models.
4.    Work as a link between targeted areas, BCHR and donors; Maintain good relations with beneficiaries and leaders / local authorities; A report on any specific problems to the BCHR administration.
5.    Follow-up periodic reports and achievement reports of the various activities of the project.
6.    Coordinate with relevant local authorities and related parties to facilitate project action.
7.    Prepare the executive plans for the project and follow up their implementation.
8.    Supervise work staff and follow up their implementation in accordance with the project plan.
9.    Responsible for communication between project management, donor and BCHR management.
10.     Solve any problems object to project.
11.     Follow-up of financial and administrative procedures with donor and BCHR.
12.    Any tasks cost them within its jurisdiction.

Essential Requirements:

1.    University degree in project management or a similar field.
2.    Two years of experience in a similar field.
3.    Proficiency in the English language.
4.    Good management and planning skills with ability to solve problems.
5.    Good computer skills.
6.    Good level of communication skills.
