جهــات العمــل: فروع المؤسسة الخيرية لهائل سعيد أنعم وشركاه (تعز، عدن، الحديدة).

 الهدف الوظيفي:

تنفيذ المعالجات المحاسبية اليومية بكفاءة عالية، وحفظ السجلات المالية وفق أعلى معايير النزاهة والدقة، لضمان سلامة وحوكمة كامل العمليات المالية بما فيها النقدية وغير 
النقدية للمؤسسة.

المسؤوليات والمهام:

الحوكمة المالية والدورة المستندية: 

• التحقق التام من صحة واكتمال المؤيدات المستندية لأي عملية مالية ومراجعتها بدقة قبل التسجيل، مع إرساء أرشفة رقمية وورقية متوافقة مع الأنظمة المعتمدة.

إدارة الخزينة والسيولة النقدية: 

• الإدارة المحترفة لصندوق النثريات وتوثيق مصروفاته، وإدارة وتوثيق المعاملات النقدية والشيكات (قبض وصرف)، مع إدارة التدفقات وسداد مستحقات الموردين بكفاءة.

القيود والمعالجات المتقدمة: 

• إعداد القيود المحاسبية الخاصة بالمعاملات المالية كالمدينين والدائنين، المصروفات المستحقة والمدفوعة مقدماً، وتسجيل قيود المشتريات والمخزون بالتنسيق الوثيق مع الإدارات ذات العلاقة.

الأصول والعهد والرقابة: 

• تحديث سجل الأصول طويلة الأجل، تطبيق قيود الرسملة بدقة، والرقابة المستمرة على العهد والسلف والقروض وإجراء مطابقتها الشهرية.

التخطيط المالي والتدقيق: 

• المساهمة الفعالة في إعداد الموازنات التقديرية وتحديد التمويلات الشهرية بحسب الموازنة، إلى جانب فعالية المشاركة في الجرد السنوي والحصول على المصادقات للأرصدة والمساعدة في تجهيز متطلبات أعمال التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.

 المتطلبات وشروط الترشح (الكفاءات الأساسية):

• المؤهل الأكاديمي: بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو العلوم المالية من جامعة معتمدة.
• الخــبرة المهـنيـــة: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن [5 سنوات] في بيئة محاسبية احترافية (ويُفضل من لديه خلفية في القطاع غير الربحي).

المهارات الفنية والتقنية:

• إتقان تام للتعامل مع النظم والبرامج المحاسبية المتقدمة.
• مهارات استثنائية ومتعمقة في استخدام برامج الجداول الحسابية (Microsoft Excel) وتحليل البيانات المالية.
• إلمام كامل بالمعايير المحاسبية والممارسات المالية الحديثة.

Job Announcement : Financial Accountant
Locations: Charitable Foundation of Hayel Saeed Anam & Co. Branches (Taiz, Aden, Hodeidah)

Job Objective:

Execute daily accounting treatments with high efficiency, maintain accurate financial records in accordance with the highest standards of integrity and precision, and ensure the complete governance and safety of the Foundation's financial transactions including cash and non- cash transactions. 

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

Financial Governance & Document Cycle:

• Thoroughly verify the validity and completeness of supporting documents for any financial transaction before recording, while establishing digital and physical archiving systems compliant with approved regulations.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

•  Professionally manage the petty cash fund and document its expenses; manage and document cash and cheque transactions (receipts and payments); and efficiently handle cash flows and vendor disbursements.

Advanced Journal Entries & Accounting Treatments:

• Prepare accounting entries for financial transaction as to debtors, creditors, accrued expenses, and prepayments; and record purchase and inventory entries in close coordination with relevant departments.

Assets, Custody & Control:

•  Update the long-term fixed assets register, accurately apply capitalization entries, and maintain continuous oversight of advances, custodies, and loans with monthly reconciliations.

Financial Planning & Auditing:

•  Actively contribute to preparing budgets and determining monthly funding requirements based on approved budgets, alongside participating effectively in annual inventory count, obtaining balance confirmations, and helping with internal and  external audits requirements.

Requirements & Eligibility Criteria:

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial Sciences from an accredited university.
• Professional Experience: Practical experience of not less than [5 years] in a professional accounting environment (Experience in the non-profit sector is a strong plus).

Technical & Professional Skills:

• High ability in dealing with advanced accounting systems and software.
• Exceptional and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
• Comprehensive familiarity with accounting standards and best financial practices.
