About the Role:

Our client is seeking a talented Flutter Developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Flutter, Dart, mobile UI/UX standards, API integration, and delivering production-ready applications with clean and scalable architecture. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong commitment to performance, reliability, and best coding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across devices.

• Build pixel-perfect, smooth, and optimized UI components following modern mobile design guidelines.

• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for enhanced performance and stability.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver end-to-end features.

• Implement state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, MobX, or others).

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving internal coding standards and workflows.

• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and Dart developments, libraries, and best practices.

• Deploy apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store and manage release cycles.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ / + 5 years of hands-on experience as a Flutter Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter, Dart, and mobile application development principles.
• Experience in building production-ready apps for both Android and iOS.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON integration.
• Familiarity with state management approaches (Bloc, Provider, etc.).
• Good understanding of Git workflows (branching, PRs, merging).
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
