الواجبات والمسؤوليات :
تحت اشراف ضابط مشروع الأمن الغذائي ومساعدي الأمن الغذائي سيقوم العامل بالحافر بما يلي :

• المشاركة في عملية تسجيل المستفيدين
• المشاركة في عملية التحقق من المستفيدين مع فريق المراقبة والتقييم 
• المشاركة في جمع البيانات وإدخالها مع فريق البرنامج
• المشاركة في توزيع المساعدات النقدية وتوعية المستفيدين وتحفيز المجتمع
• المشاركة في عمل الاستبيانات والدراسات الميدانية 
• العمل على إدارة الزحام اثناء التوزيعات النقدية 
• الإبلاغ عن اي تحديات او مشكلات خلال التنفيذ
• المشارمة في اختيار لجان تنمية المجتميع 
• دعم فريق الامن الغذائي في تدريب لجان تنمية المجتمع.

المؤهلات والخبرات :

• شهادة ثانوية على الاقل
• خبرة لمدة عام في العمل التطوعي في مشاريع التوزيعات النقدية 
• القدرة على العمل بروح الفريق اوبشكل فردي
• القدرة على التكيف والعمل في بئية مجهدة وغير مستقرة 
• الالتزام باهداف وقيم وسياسات ومبادئ منظمة رعاية الاطفال 

طبيعة العمل :

• أيام العمل ليست منتظمة وتعتمد على الحاجة والمهام المكلفة 
• الحد الاقضى لعدد ايام العمل في الشهر 14 يوم فقط
• العمل بنسبة 90% في الميدان مع السفر الى مناطق ريفية نائية

Nature of Contract: Incentive Worker

Duties and Responsibilities of the Incentive Worker:

• Under the supervision of the project officer and assistant, the incentive worker will:
• Participate in the beneficiary registration process. 
• Participating in the verification process with MEAL  and program teams.
• Support in data collection and entry along with the FSL Team.
• Along with the FSL team participate in cash distribution, beneficiary sensitization and community mobilization.
• Participate in surveys with the MEAL team in activities like (DDM, PDM, BASE LINE, and END LINE).
• Take a role in crowd control at cash distribution.
• Ensure any challenges or issues during the implementation are reported to the direct supervisor in a      timely manner.
• Participate with the FSL team in selection of the Community Development Committees (CDCs).
• Support the FSL team in CDCs training 
• Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALITFICATION AND EXPERICEN:

• At least a Secondary certificate is required.
• Experience in FSL volunteering work one year in cash distribution preferable.
• Experience in working with INGO/NGO.
• Very good communication skills.
• Good time Management and prioritizing skills
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively to the field. 
• Ability to work with a team and individually.
• Flexible, adaptable, able to improve and work in stressful and unstable environment.
• Commitment and understanding of Save the Children’s aims, values, policies, and principles.

Nature of work:

• Working days are intermittent and based on need and tasks assigned. The maximum number of working days per month is 14 days.
• Working around 90 % in the field traveling to remote and rural areas.
