نبحث عن أخصائي تقنية معلومات مؤهل وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يجب أن يمتلك المتقدم معرفة قوية في شبكات الحاسوب، وصيانة الأنظمة، والدعم الفني لتقنية المعلومات.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تركيب أجهزة الحاسوب، والبرمجيات، والأنظمة، والشبكات، والطابعات، وأجهزة الماسح الضوئي
• مراقبة وصيانة أنظمة الحاسوب والشبكات
• الاستجابة السريعة لمشكلات وطلبات الدعم الفني
• تقديم الدعم الفني داخل الشركة
• إعداد حسابات المستخدمين الجدد
• إصلاح واستبدال الأجهزة حسب الحاجة
• اختبار التقنيات الجديدة وضمان عمل الأنظمة بكفاءة
• توثيق أصول تكنولوجيا المعلومات وإجراء تدقيقات دورية
• ضمان أمان البيانات وفعالية أنظمة النسخ الاحتياطي واستعادة البيانات

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات، أو علوم الحاسوب، أو مجال ذي صلة
• خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال الدعم الفني أو إدارة الشبكات
• معرفة قوية بأنظمة التشغيل Windows وLinux
• خبرة في الشبكات (LAN/WAN)، (firewalls)، (routing)
• مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات ودقة في التفاصيل
• مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق
• القدرة على تنظيم الأولويات والعمل بشكل مستقل تحت الضغط

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced IT Specialist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge in computer networks, system maintenance, and IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Provide technical support across the company 
• Set up accounts for new users
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary
• Test new technology and ensure system functionality
• Maintain IT asset documentation and perform routine audits
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery systems are functional

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in a similar IT support or network administrator role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and routing
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services is a plus
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under pressure
