Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Officer to grow our medical supplies business by expanding client relationships, increasing market coverage, and achieving consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and key clients
• Present and promote medical supply products professionally
• Prepare and follow up quotations until deal closure
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Track and ensure timely execution of customer orders
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect market intelligence (pricing, competitors, demand trends)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in medical, business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical supplies sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in field sales and handle targets
• Basic computer skills and reporting ability

Performance Indicators:

• Monthly sales target achievement
• Number of new clients acquired
• Conversion rate (quotations to sales)
• Customer retention and repeat orders
• Market coverage within assigned area
