Project Background
FCDF and CARPO are jointly implementing the project ‘Psychosocial Support Through the Arts (PSSArts) for Marginalized Groups in Yemen’. The overall objective of this project is to contribute to sustainable MHPSS services for IDPs, host communities and marginalized groups in Lahij and Aden through education and the arts. The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and supported by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
Job Purpose:
To coordinate and oversee the implementation of a psychosocial support (PSS) project that uses arts as a therapeutic and educational tool in schools. The Field Coordinator ensures smooth operations, liaises with authorities to secure necessary permissions, and supports the delivery of creative, impactful interventions that promote student wellbeing. The Field Coordinator ensures that the PSS through arts project is effectively implemented in schools, with all necessary permissions secured. By bridging between authorities, schools, and project teams, this role guarantees that students benefit from creative psychosocial support programs that nurture resilience, emotional wellbeing, and artistic expression.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• o    Plan, organize, and supervise field activities related to the PSS through arts project in schools.
• o    Ensure timely implementation of project activities in line with objectives and work plans.

Authority & Stakeholder Engagement

• o    Obtain required permissions and approvals from education authorities, school administrations, and local government bodies.
• o    Maintain strong relationships with ministries, school boards, and community leaders to facilitate project acceptance and sustainability.

Team Support & Supervision

• o    Coordinate with psychotherapists, artists, and facilitators delivering PSS sessions.
• o    Provide logistical and administrative support to field teams.
• o    Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to child protection and safeguarding standards.

Monitoring & Reporting

• o    Track progress of activities and ensure accurate documentation.
• o    Prepare regular reports on project implementation, challenges, and achievements.
• o    Collect feedback from schools, students, and parents to improve project delivery.

Capacity Building & Training

• o    Support training workshops for teachers and staff on integrating arts into psychosocial support.
• o    Facilitate knowledge sharing between schools and project teams.

Logistics & Resource Management

• o    Oversee distribution of art materials and resources to schools.
• o    Ensure proper use of project funds and resources in compliance with organizational policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience in school based projects, psychosocial support, or arts based interventions.
• Strong skills in liaising with authorities and securing permissions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage field teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of child protection, safeguarding, and trauma informed approaches.
• Flexibility to travel and work in diverse school environments.
• Field based role with regular reporting to project management.

Reporting Line

• Report directly to program manager
• Works in coordination with psychotherapist, Pss-Art expert, artists, teachers and school staff.

خلفية المشروع

تنفذ مؤسسة FCDF بالشراكة مع CARPO مشروع "الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي عبر الفنون (PSSArts) للمجموعات المهمشة في اليمن". يهدف المشروع إلى المساهمة في استدامة خدمات الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي للنازحين والمجتمعات المضيفة والمجموعات المهمشة في لحج وعدن من خلال التعليم والفنون. المشروع ممول من وزارة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية الألمانية (BMZ) وبدعم من الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ).

الغرض من الوظيفة

تنسيق والإشراف على تنفيذ مشروع الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي الذي يستخدم الفنون كأداة علاجية وتعليمية في المدارس. يضمن المنسق الميداني سير العمليات بسلاسة، والحصول على التصاريح اللازمة من الجهات المختصة، ودعم تنفيذ تدخلات إبداعية تعزز رفاهية الطلاب.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• تنسيق المشروع: التخطيط والتنظيم والإشراف على الأنشطة الميدانية وضمان تنفيذها في الوقت المحدد وفق الأهداف وخطط العمل.
• التواصل مع السلطات وأصحاب المصلحة: الحصول على التصاريح والموافقات اللازمة من السلطات التعليمية والإدارات المدرسية والجهات الحكومية المحلية، والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الوزارات والمجالس المدرسية وقادة المجتمع.
• دعم الفريق والإشراف: التنسيق مع المعالجين النفسيين والفنانين والميسرين، وتقديم الدعم اللوجستي والإداري، ومتابعة أداء الموظفين وضمان الالتزام بمعايير حماية الطفل.
• المتابعة والتقارير: متابعة تقدم الأنشطة، إعداد تقارير دورية حول التنفيذ والتحديات والإنجازات، وجمع التغذية الراجعة من المدارس والطلاب وأولياء الأمور.
• بناء القدرات والتدريب: دعم ورش تدريبية للمعلمين والموظفين حول دمج الفنون في الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي، وتسهيل تبادل المعرفة بين المدارس وفِرق المشروع.
• اللوجستيات وإدارة الموارد: الإشراف على توزيع المواد الفنية وضمان الاستخدام السليم للموارد والأموال وفق السياسات المعتمدة.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة

• درجة البكالوريوس في التربية أو علم النفس أو الخدمة الاجتماعية أو إدارة المشاريع أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة في المشاريع المدرسية أو الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي أو التدخلات القائمة على الفنون.
• مهارات قوية في التواصل مع السلطات والحصول على التصاريح.
• مهارات تنظيمية واتصالية وتفاوضية ممتازة.
• القدرة على إدارة الفرق الميدانية والتنسيق بين أصحاب المصلحة.
• معرفة بحماية الطفل والمقاربات الحساسة للصدمات.
• المرونة للسفر والعمل في بيئات مدرسية متنوعة.

• يعمل بالتنسيق مع المعالج النفسي وخبير الفنون وفريق الفنانين والمعلمين وطاقم المدارس.
