منظمة يمن أيد هي منظمة إنسانية غير حكومية وغير ربحية تأسست في العام 2018، وتهدف الى تقديم العديد من الخدمات في مجالات التنمية والأعمال الإنسانية المختلفة، ولا تتوخى الربح، وليس لها أي طابع سياسي أو ديني، وتلتزم بمبادئ العمل الإنساني وتخضع في إجراءاتها وأعمالها للقانون اليمني.
وقد أسندت الجهات المانحة للمنظمة موارد محددة مخصصة للبرامج والمشاريع الإنسانية التي تنفذها، وهي مسئولة أمامهم عن الإدارة السليمة لهذه الموارد، فهي لا تتسامح قطعياً مع ممارسات التزوير أو الفساد أو التواطؤ مع الممارسات الممنوعة مثل الاستغلال أو الاعتداء الجنسي، أو التمييز على أساس العرق أو العقيدة أو المنطقة الجغرافية أو المعتقدات السياسية أو الجنس أو الإعاقة أو أية ظروف أخرى سواءً بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر. وهي إذ تلتزم بهذه المبادئ والقيم فإنها تلزم بها موظفيها والعاملين معها والمتطوعين والمتعاقدين من مقاولين أو موردين أو مزودي خدمات وما إلى ذلك من التعاقدات التي تقيمها المنظمة، وتحملهم المسئولية الكاملة تجاه أي مخالفات يقعون فيها وتتخذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة تجاههم.

تسعى منظمة يمن إيد إلى توظيف مسؤول وسائط متعددة ومحتوى بصري لقيادة عملية إنتاج وتصميم وتحرير محتوى بصري ووسائط متعددة عالي الجودة، يشمل التصوير الفوتوغرافي، وتصوير الفيديو، والموشن جرافيك، والرسوم المتحركة. يركز هذا الدور على التوثيق البصري، وتحويل المواد الخام إلى منتجات إعلامية مؤثرة، وإنتاج فيديوهات قصيرة مخصصة للمنصات الرقمية والفعاليات ومتطلبات إبراز المانحين. من الأفضل أن يكون قادراً/ةً على الدوام في مدينة عدن، إلا أنه يمكن النظر في ترتيبات عمل هجينة أو عن بُعد للمرشحين ذوي الكفاءة العالية، وذلك بناءً على الخبرة والقدرة المثبتة على الالتزام بالجودة والمواعيد النهائية. تهتم يمن إيد بشكل خاص بالمرشحين القادرين على الاستفادة الإبداعية من المواد الخام المتوفرة، واكتشاف فرص جديدة لسرد القصص من الأرشيف، واقتراح أفكار مبتكرة لتطوير منتجات وأشكال بصرية جديدة. تتطلب الوظيفة مهارات قوية في السرد البصري، والقدرة على توثيق الأنشطة باحترافية، وإدارة ممتازة للوقت، وعقلية إبداعية مبتكرة ضمن سياق إنساني وتنموي.

• المسمى الوظيفي: مسؤول الوسائط المتعددة والمحتوى البصري
• مكان العمل: عدن؛ مع إمكانية اعتماد نظام العمل الهجين أو عن بُعد للمرشحين ذوي الكفاءة العالية، وذلك بناءً على الخبرة والقدرة المثبتة على إنجاز المهام بجودة عالية وفي الوقت المحدد
• الارتباط/الاشراف الاداري: مدير التواصل
• الارتباط/الاشراف الفني: مدير التواصل، مع توجيه استراتيجي واعتماد نهائي من الرئيس التنفيذي للمخرجات البصرية الرئيسية والمواد الموجهة للمانحين

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

التوثيق البصري (صور وفيديو)

• دعم توثيق أنشطة يمن إيد الإنسانية والتنموية بصريًا
• التقاط صور ومقاطع فيديو عالية الجودة في الميدان أو عن بُعد بالتنسيق مع الفرق
• ضمان أن يعكس المحتوى البصري الكرامة والدقة والمعايير الأخلاقية في السرد الإنساني

إنتاج الفيديوهات القصيرة

• إنتاج فيديوهات قصيرة  ( Reels، مقاطع، ملخصات ) مهيأة لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي والمنصات الرقمية
• تحرير المواد الخام إلى صيغ جذابة ومختصرة تناسب جماهير مختلفة
• إضافة الترجمة، والمؤثرات الصوتية، والانتقالات، وتصحيح الألوان الأساسية

تحرير الفيديو وما بعد الإنتاج

• تحرير المواد الخام إلى مخرجات نهائية مصقولة باستخدام أساليب تحرير احترافية
• إتقان استخدام برنامج CapCut بشكل احترافي لتحقيق تحرير فعال وعالي الجودة، إلى جانب أدوات أخرى عند الحاجة
• تجهيز المخرجات النهائية بعدة صيغ ودقات مختلفة

الجرافيك والموشن ديزاين والرسوم المتحركة

• تصميم جرافيكس وإنشاء رسوم متحركة بسيطة لدعم الحملات والسرد القصصي
• تطوير طبقات بصرية وانتقالات وعناصر متحركة لتعزيز جودة الفيديو
• تكييف التصاميم لتناسب متطلبات المنصات المختلفة ومتطلبات العرض

إدارة الأرشيف البصري

• الحفاظ على أرشيف منظم للصور والفيديوهات والمواد الخام والمخرجات النهائية
• ضمان التسمية والتأريخ والحفظ السليم للمواد لسهولة الرجوع إليها وإعادة استخدامها
• دعم الذاكرة المؤسسية ومتطلبات تقارير المانحين

التنسيق وإبراز المانحين

• العمل بشكل وثيق مع مدير التواصل ومسؤول التواصل لمواءمة المحتوى البصري مع الرسائل السردية
• دعم متطلبات إبراز مشاريع المانحين والالتزام بإرشادات الهوية البصرية
• الاستجابة لطلبات المحتوى في الوقت المناسب وبأسلوب مهني

الجودة والمعايير المهنية

• ضمان التزام جميع المخرجات بهوية يمن إيد والمعايير الأخلاقية ومتطلبات إبراز المانحين
• إدارة عدة مهام في وقت واحد مع الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية
• الموازنة بين الإبداع والدقة والحساسية والاحترافية

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة

• شهادة جامعية أو تدريب مهني في الوسائط المتعددة أو الفنون البصرية أو الإعلام أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة مكافئة)
• خبرة مثبتة في التوثيق البصري وتصوير الفيديو وتحريره
• قدرة عالية على إنتاج فيديوهات قصيرة للمنصات الرقمية
• إتقان استخدام برنامج CapCut بشكل احترافي
• إلمام باستخدام أدوات إضافية مثل Adobe Premiere Pro وAfter Effects  وPhotoshop  أو ما يعادلها
• مهارات ممتازة في إدارة الوقت والتنظيم
• شخصية إبداعية، دقيقة، وقادرة على العمل باستقلالية

مهارات إضافية مرغوبة

• خبرة سابقة في السياقات الإنسانية أو التنموية
• خبرة في الموشن جرافيك وتصميم الرسوم المتحركة
• خبرة في استخدام الكاميرا الدرون
• فهم جيد لأداء الفيديو على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وصيغه المختلفة
• اللغة العربية شرط أساسي، وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية

خط الإشراف

يرفع التقرير إلى مدير التواصل، مع توجيه استراتيجي واعتماد نهائي من الرئيس التنفيذي للمخرجات البصرية الرئيسية والمواد الموجهة للمانحين.

بيئة العمل

تتطلب هذه الوظيفة مرونة وإبداعًا وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط في بيئة ديناميكية متعددة الأطراف. قد يتطلب العمل سفرًا ميدانيًا بحسب احتياجات المشاريع والظروف الأمنية.

Position Summary

Yemen Aid is seeking a Multimedia & Visual Content Officer to lead the creation, production, and editing of high-quality visual and multimedia content, including photography, videography, motion graphics, and animations. The role focuses on visual documentation, transforming raw materials into compelling outputs, and producing short-form video content for digital platforms, events, and donor visibility.
The position is preferably based in Aden; however, hybrid or remote arrangements may be considered for highly qualified candidates, depending on experience and demonstrated capacity to deliver consistently and on time.
Yemen Aid is particularly interested in candidates who can creatively utilize existing raw materials, identify new storytelling opportunities within archived content, and propose fresh, innovative ideas to develop new visual products and formats.
This role requires strong visual storytelling skills, the ability to professionally document activities, excellent time management, and a creative, out-of-the-box mindset within a humanitarian and development context.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Documentation (Photo & Video)

• Support visual documentation of Yemen Aid’s humanitarian and development activities
• Capture high-quality photos and videos in the field or remotely through coordination with teams
• Ensure visual content reflects dignity, accuracy, and ethical storytelling standards

Short-Form Video Production

• Produce short-form video content (reels, clips, highlights) optimized for social media and digital platforms
• Edit raw footage into engaging, concise formats suitable for different audiences
• Apply subtitles, sound design, transitions, and basic color correction

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw video materials into polished outputs using professional editing workflows
• Demonstrate professional use of CapCut for efficient and high-quality editing, alongside other tools as needed
• Prepare final outputs in multiple formats and resolutions

Graphics, Animation & Motion Design

• Create graphics, motion elements, and simple animations to support campaigns and storytelling
• Develop visual overlays, transitions, and animated elements to enhance video content
• Adapt visuals for different platforms and visibility requirements

Visual Archive & Asset Management

• Maintain a structured archive of photos, videos, raw footage, and final outputs
• Ensure proper labeling, dating, and storage of materials for easy retrieval and reuse
• Support institutional memory and donor reporting

Coordination & Donor Visibility

• Work closely with the Communications Manager and Communications Officer to align visuals with narratives
• •    Support donor-funded project visibility requirements and branding guidelines
• •    Respond to content requests in a timely, professional manner

Quality & Professional Standards

• •    Ensure all outputs meet Yemen Aid branding, ethical standards, and donor visibility requirements
• •    Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
• •    Balance creativity with accuracy, sensitivity, and professionalism

Required Qualifications & Skills

• •    Degree or professional training in multimedia, visual arts, communications, film, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• •    Proven experience in visual documentation, videography, and video editing
• •    Strong ability to produce short-form video content for digital platforms
• •    Demonstrated professional use of CapCut for video editing
• •    Familiarity with additional tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent
• •    Excellent time management and organizational skills
• •    Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Desirable Skills

• •    Experience in humanitarian or development contexts
• •    Motion graphics or animation experience
• •    Drone photography/videography (where legally and operationally permitted)
• •    Understanding of social media video performance and formats
• •    Arabic required, with English as an asset.

Work Environment
This role requires flexibility, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment. Field travel may be required depending on project needs and security conditions.
