Role Overview:

This is a strategic, results-oriented role designed to drive business growth across the pharmaceutical sector.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting business opportunities, managing institutional relationships, handling tenders, and contributing directly to revenue generation and market expansion.
This role is best suited for professionals who can create opportunities, not just follow them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across pharmaceutical and healthcare markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, NGOs, distributors, and institutional clients
  • Lead and manage tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals from initiation to award
  • Expand company presence across new territories and strategic accounts
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and opportunity assessment
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, finance, management)
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and performance KPIs
  • Maintain structured pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Represent Nahbal Pharma professionally in meetings, negotiations, and external engagements

  • Quality and consistency of pipeline reporting

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical business development, institutional sales, tenders, or commercial roles
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable business results is highly preferred

Core Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
  • High-level communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines
  • Strong reporting, organization, and follow-up discipline
  • Good English proficiency is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
