Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Procurement & Supplier Officer to manage purchasing activities, evaluate suppliers, and ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Request and evaluate quotations from multiple suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines
• Prepare comparative analysis and procurement recommendations
• Maintain and update supplier database and classifications
• Evaluate supplier performance (price, quality, delivery)
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely supply execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supplier management
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills (comparisons, analysis)
• High attention to detail and organization

Performance Indicators:

• Average quotation processing time
• Cost savings achieved vs benchmarks
• Supplier compliance and delivery performance
• Procurement cycle efficiency
• Number of qualified and evaluated suppliers
