Location: Hadhramout – Mukalla (or welling to relocate)

Salary: 1700 – 2800 R.S

Mosnad is currently hiring for client who is looking for highly skilled SDR with Perfect Saudi dialect, fluent English language level and advanced sales skills.

About the role:  

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for supporting the sales team by generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and assessing their suitability for the company’s products. This role requires fluency in the Saudi dialect, an advanced level of English, and strong sales skills. The SDR will work remotely with Mosnad’s clients in Saudi Arabia from Mosnad’s hub in Mukalla.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Research and identify potential clients from various sources (databases, online platforms, social media). 
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and professional platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Understand basic client needs and qualify them for company's product. 
  • Schedule meetings or follow-up calls between prospects and the sales team.
  • Accurately document all client interactions and data in the CRM system. 
  • Achieve monthly targets and KPIs for lead generation. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality. 

Required Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, account executive or any related field is preferred. 
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). 
  • Ability to speak in the Saudi dialect is essential. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Proficient in research and leads generation. 
  • Experience with CRM tools and communication platforms, is a plus.
