Job Purpose

The Sales, Marketing & Business Development Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing all sales, marketing, customer experience, and business development activities within the company. The role aims to increase revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, support sustainable growth, and ensure the effective management and promotion of current and future business activities, products, and services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sales Management

  • Develop and implement monthly and annual sales plans and strategies.
  • Establish sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Manage the sales team and monitor sales performance.
  • Develop and improve sales processes and sales channels.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with companies, schools, organizations, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, contracts, and invoices, and negotiate with clients when required.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop initiatives to increase customer spending and revenue.
  • Develop plans to address low-demand periods and off-peak seasons, and create offers and initiatives to increase visitor numbers and revenue outside peak seasons and holiday periods. 
  • Develop bundled packages and cross-promotional services across company in the mall facilities to increase customer spending and maximize utilization of all facilities. 

2. Marketing Management

  • Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy and annual marketing plan while ensuring alignment with revenue objectives. 
  • Oversee the company’s social media platforms and marketing content.
  • Coordinate with designers, advertising agencies, suppliers, and external marketing partners.
  • Develop seasonal campaigns for holidays, special events, and promotional activities.
  • Strengthen the company’s brand identity and increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis and recommend new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor marketing performance and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment.
  • Study the local Aden market, analyze target audience behavior and entertainment preferences, and identify opportunities for growth and development. 

3. Customer Experience Management

  • Develop initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions and implement improvement plans.
  • Design promotional offers, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with operational departments to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Measure customer satisfaction levels and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

4. Business Development

  • Study and evaluate expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments for new attractions, games, products, and projects.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare business development recommendations and proposals for management review.
  • Support the company’s growth initiatives and long-term development plans.

5. Administration and Reporting

  • Prepare periodic sales, marketing, and business development reports.
  • Develop and monitor marketing budgets and control related expenditures.
  • Coordinate closely with all departments to ensure efficient implementation of plans and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of operational and strategic company plans.
  • Present recommendations and performance updates to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience 
  • Good knowledge of Aden’s market, customer behavior, and audience preferences. 
  • Preferred Certification in Sales and marketing or Business Management. (As privilege) 
  • Previous experience in the entertainment, amusement, hospitality, or leisure industry is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Sales Performance

  • Achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Growth in overall sales performance.
  • Growth in event and party sales revenue.
  • Number of new partnerships established with schools, universities, companies, and organizations. 

Customer Growth

  • Increase in the number of visitors and customers.
  • Growth in repeat customer rates.
  • Customer retention and loyalty performance.

Marketing Performance

  • Marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Return on Marketing Investment (ROI).
  • Growth in visitor numbers generated through marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Conversion rate from marketing campaigns into actual visits or sales. 

Customer Experience

  • Customer satisfaction levels.
  • Number of customer complaints and resolution rates.

Business Development

  • Number of new business opportunities identified and implemented.
  • Contribution of new projects and initiatives to company growth.
