We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our IT team at [SMART LIFE]. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, modeling systems and processes, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with development teams to deliver effective software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze user and business requirements.
• Prepare requirement documents such as BRD and SRS.
• Design process and system models using tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, and Draw.io.
• Utilize UML diagrams (Use Case, Class, Sequence, Activity) for system modeling.
• Analyze and support ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo).
• Work within system development life cycle (SDLC) frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
• Facilitate meetings and engage with stakeholders to capture business needs.
• Develop high-quality documentation, analytical reports, and testing scenarios.
• Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in systems analysis and business requirement gathering.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and techniques (BRD, SRS, Use Cases).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems and enterprise solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Analytical thinking and experience with gap analysis and data interpretation.
• Ability to write test cases and support UAT processes by management.
