  • Provide daily technical guidance, mentoring, and performance support to Community Engagement Assistant and Reporting Assistant.
  • Conduct joint field visits, model best practices in community engagement, data collection, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Support staff well-being: monitor workload, address challenges, and foster a respectful, PSEA-compliant working environment.
  • Oversee timely submission of weekly site monitoring reports, gap trackers, and activity updates to Program Manager and IM Assistant.
  • Ensure all data collection respects confidentiality, data protection protocols, and "do no harm" principles.
  • Contribute to monthly narrative reports, donor updates (Activity Info/YHF GMS), and adaptive management reviews.
  • Represent DEEM in district-level CCCM/Protection coordination meetings, sharing updates on site conditions, gaps, and referrals.
  • Maintain constructive relationships with local authorities, community leaders, and partner organizations to strengthen service delivery and access.

Desirable

  • Experience working with YHF, International or other UN/donor-funded humanitarian programs in Yemen.
