OBJECT: Call for expression of interest for Contractors, service providers, suppliers and consultants in most of SI operating areas of Yemen governorates and bases with the clarified different markets in the attachments

الموضوع: دعوة للتعبير عن الاهتمام للمقاولين ومقدمي الخدمات والموردين والاستشاريين في معظم مناطق عمليات منظمة التكافل الدولية في محافظات اليمن ومكاتب منظمة التكافل مع توضيح مختلف الأسواق في المرفقات

Dear Madam, Sir,

Within the framework of its humanitarian programs, Solidarities International wishes to receive the best offers from Interested companies with experience and legal entity, to call the interested Contractors, service providers, suppliers and consultants to submit their required documents 

the tender Call for expression package can be downloaded for free in the attachment. And it contains the following : 

1.    Instruction to suppliers, (different markets types ) 
2.    Questionare :Supplier questionnaire form to be filled and submitted.

Withdraw of the Call for expression package:

• From 24/10/2024 to the  08/12/2024 (Deadline included)
• By Internet (yemenhr.com) or a physical file in SI Aden office in/ Al Mokha Base, /in Taiz office or in Marib office. Addresses are clarified in the attachments 

Any question or clarification needed must be addressed to to the following email:  tender@solidarites-yemen.org not after 14/11/2024.  

Submission of supplier files: 

Only in sealed envelops, submitted in any of SI bases [the adresses are clarified in the attach ] at the supply department, which will give you a proof of receipt. The files can be submitted from 9 AM to 4 PM (Sunday to Thursday).

فضلا نرجو الانتباه الى ان ارفاق الملف النهائي اما  ملفا صلبا، لاي من مكاتب المنظمة المبين في المرفقات. من الاحد الى الخميس (الساعه 9 صباحا الى الساعه الرابعة 4  عصرا )  من خلال ايميل المنظمة للمناقصات المبين آنفا

Deadline of submission: 21st /Nov./2024 at 4:00 PM (Yemeni time)
