By submitting an official letter of request with a valid email and contact details. Between 900:am- 3:00 pm (Aden time) Sunday to Thursday.

The deadline for the collection of the Tender Dossier is [08 Oct 2024] at 2:pm (Aden time)

The deadline for submission of tenders is on before or [17 Oct 2024] at 3:pm (Sana’a time) upon conditions in the tender dossier.

Oxfam also has the right to exclude those tenderers who will not meet the administrative compliance criteria.

• Proof of Company Registration in [Yemen Republic] 
• Copy of valid Tax card. 
• Three satisfactory references of customers for whom the same type of services was provided; Oxfam reserves the right to contact these references, without notifying the Tenderer.
• List of customers in the last 24 months and copy of similar contracts (at least 3 contracts). Ideally NGOs.
• Tender Guarantee: Bank guarantee or irrevocable check in not less than 2% of the Total Bid Price, valid for 45 days from the date of tender submission.

Oxfam reserves the right to negotiate, accept or reject any or all proposals and quotations at its sole discretion and to pursue or act further on any responses it considers advantageous. 

The contract will be awarded to the lowest bid price, administratively and technically compliant tenderer.

تقوم أوكسفام بإجراء مناقصة داخل [برنامج اليمن] وتدعوكم إلى تقديم مقترح لتزويد أوكسفام ، في حدود متطلباتهم ، بما يلي:

مناقصة تحسين واعادة تأهيل شبكة المياة مع توريد وتركيب منظومة مضخة مياة لمنطقة نعمان والقرى المجاورة -مديرية المسيمير محافظة لحج حسب الشروط المفصلة في ملف المناقصة.

من خلال تقديم خطاب طلب رسمي مذكور فية بريد إلكتروني وبيانات اتصال صالحة للتواصل. بين الساعة 9 صباحًا - 3 عصراً (بتوقيت مدينة عدن) من الأحد إلى الخميس.

الموعد النهائي لطلب ملف العطاء هو [08 اكتوبر 2024] في تمام الساعة 02:00 مساء (بتوقيت مدينة عدن) حسب الشروط الواردة في ملف العطاء.

الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات هو في أو قبل يوم [17 اكتوبر 2024الساعة 3 مساء (بتوقيت مدينة عدن) حسب الشروط الواردة في ملف العطاء.

يقدم العطاء في ظرف محكم الإغلاق ومختوم بالشمع الأحمر الى مكتب المنظمة مدينة عدن-شارع ساحل ابين مبنى رقم 88 مديرية خور مكسر محافظة عدن،   ويرفق به مايلي:

-    ضمان العطاء دخول المناقصة (ضمان بنكي او شيك مقبول الدفع بمبلغ لا يقل عن 2% من إجمالي قيمة العطاء المقدم للمناقصة، صالح لفترة 45 يوماً من آخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات.
-    سجل تجاري ساري المفعول
-    نسخة سارية المفعول من البطاقه الضريبية 
-    ثلاثة اسماء عملاء والذين تم تقديم نفس الخدمات او التوريدات لهم ، وتحتفظ أوكسفام بالحق في الاتصال بهذه المراجع دون إشعار مقدم العطاء.
-    قائمة بأسماء العملاء تغطي آخر 18 شهراً وصور من العقود المماثلة بما لايقل عن 3 عقود ، ومن الأفضل أن يكون العملاء منظمات غير حكومية .
-    لا تلتزم أوكسفام بمنح العطاء لأدنى عرض ، وتحتفظ بالحق في قبول أو رفض العرض.
