مؤسسة افاق شبابية هي مؤسسة محلية غير ربحية تعمل على تنمية وتمكين المجتمع منذ عام 2013م ومقرها الرئيسي في محافظة عدن.
تسعى مؤسسة افاق شبابية إلى تحديث قاعدة البيانات الموردين والاستشاريين والشركات الإعلامية واضافة موردين ومزودي خدمات جدد إلى قائمة موردي المؤسسة، وتدعو الموردين والاستشاريين والشركات الإعلامية إلى التعبير عن الاهتمام وتقديم طلباتهم وتأكيد رغبتهم في توفير مجموعة متنوعة من السلع والخدمات من خلال هذه الدعوة لتقديم الخدمات المطلوبة:

شروط وملاحظات هامة:

يشترط على المورد / مزود الخدمة الراغب في التسجيل ألا يكون مدرجا ضمن القائمة السوداء الصادرة من الجهات الرسمية أو أدين بواقعة جنائية أو إدارية تمس الأمانة في التعامل أو حسن السمعة
يرجى ملاحظة أن هذه ليست دعوة لتقديم العطاءات، وليس مطلوبا في هذه المرحلة تقديم أي مقترحات او أي عروض اسعار.
كما أن هذه الدعوة غير ملزمة بإنزال أي مناقصات او اصدار أي عقود للشركات التي عبرت عن رغبتها من خلال التقديم.

لن يتم النظر في أي تقديم بعد انتهاء الموعد المحدد في هذا الاعلان.

آخر موعد لاستلام طلبات التسجيل هو 15 اكتوبر 2024 م تمام الساعة 4:00 مساء، ولن يكون رابط التسجيل متوفراً بعد هذا التاريخ.

Afaq Shababia Foundation seeks to update its database of suppliers, consultants, and media companies and add new suppliers and service providers to the organization's supplier list. The foundation invites suppliers, consultants, and media companies to express their interest, submit their applications, and confirm their desire to provide a variety of goods and services through this call for the requested services:

• •    Please note that this is not an invitation to bid, and no proposals or price quotations are required at this stage.
• •    This call is not binding to announce any tenders or issue any contracts to the companies that express their interest through the application process.
• •    No applications will be considered after the deadline stated in this announcement.
• •    The deadline for submitting registration applications is October 15, 2024, at 4:00 PM, after which the registration link will no longer be available.
