General Instructions: - 

• Getting envelopes during working hours 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. providing a scan of official Letter of Interest sent to above emails.
• All suppliers should submit a sealed envelope for the financial and technical offer.
• All suppliers must follow General Terms and Conditions.
• All final prices should include all relevant costs, transportation, taxes and other types of expenses to final destinations. 
• All items proposed by suppliers should indicate, production date, country of origin, manufacture certificate and catalogues. 

Envelopes to include: - 

1.    Financial Offer. 
2.    RFQ Document stamped by supplier. 
3.    Catalogues for each equipment stamped by supplier.
4.    Administrative and Eligible Documents Mentioned in RFQ.  
5.    Technical Offer. 

Organization preview: -

The Yemen Red Crescent Society (YRCS) is a humanitarian organization established in the southern part of Yemen in 1968. While in the northern part of Yemen, it was established in July 1970 under Presidential Decree No. 15 of 1970. After the blessed unity, it was merged in October 1993 to become one national society (NS). The Yemen NS was recognized by the International Committee of the Red Cross in April 1982 and joined the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in October 1982.
The tender is for NRC supported program in Sana’a. 

Invitation is extended to interested eligible Suppliers to submit Bids for Supply of Mobile Clinic to YRCS H.Q in Sana’a. 
Lowest price is not necessary win but on BVM. 

YRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for YRCS’s action.

تعلن جمعية الهلال الأحمر اليمني عن رغبتها في الحصول على عروض أسعار لتوريد مواد تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات فعلى الموردين الراغبين في تقديم العروض إتباع الشروط التالية: - 

التقدم بطلب رسمي عن طريق إرسال صورة من رسالة طلب رسمية مختمه إلى: -

يتم تقديم عدد مظروف مغلق ويحتوي على التالي: - 

1.    العرض المالي مع إتباع التعليمات في وثائق الممارسة
2.    وثائق الممارسة كامله ومختمه من قبل الموردين.
3.    كتلوجات لجميع المواد المطلوبة ومختومه بالكامل. 
4.    الأوراق الرسمية والإدارية بحسب جدول المتطلبات في طلب عرض السعر. 
5.    العرض الفني. 

• تكون أسعار العروض نهائية وشامله جميع التكاليف من نقل وحماله ونفاله والضرائب وغيرها من التكاليف. 
• يجب أن يحتوي الملف الفني على معلومات تفصيلية عن المواد إلى جانب الوثائق المطلوبه في جدول المتطلبات. 
• أخر موعد لإستلام المظاريف بحسب الموعد النهائي تاريخ 18/09/2024 م الساعة 01:00 ظهرا.
