عن مؤسسة افاق شبابية

مؤسسة افاق شبابية هي مؤسسة محلية غير ربحية تعمل على تنمية وتمكين المجتمع منذ عام 2013م ومقرها الرئيسي في محافظة عدن.

تدعو مؤسسة افاق شبابية الموردين ومزودي الخدمات ذات الصلة إلى تقديم عطاءاتهم للتوريدات والخدمات التالية ضمن اتفاقية اطارية لمدة عامين (2026-2027):

1-   تقديم خدمات" توفير قاعات " في محافظة عدن.
2-   توريد وجبات (كوفي بريك +غداء) في محافظة عدن.
3-   توريد قرطاسية ومواد مكتبية في محافظة عدن.
4-   توريد " مطبوعات مواد إعلامية " في محافظة عدن.
5-   تقديم خدمات " توثيق وإنتاج اعلامية " في محافظة عدن.
6-   تقديم خدمات " تأجير السيارات " في محافظة عدن.
7-   تقديم خدمات " السفر" في محافظة عدن.

أخر موعد لاستقبال العطاءات يوم الخميس الموافق 12/3/2026م الساعة الواحدة ظهرا

يجب تقديم العطاءات في مظروف مختوم إلى المكتب الرئيسي لمؤسسة افاق شبابية - العنوان (عدن – خور مكسر – عمارة باهدى – الدور الخامس – شقة 36) اثناء ساعات الدوام الرسمي (من الساعة 010:00 صباحا وحتى الساعة 3:00 عصرا) من الاحد إلى الخميس.

About Afaq Shababia Foundation (ASF)

Afaq Shababia Foundation is a local non-profit organization dedicated to community development and empowerment since 2013, with its headquarters located in Aden Governorate.
Afaq Shababia Foundation invites qualified suppliers and service providers to submit their bids for the following supplies and services under a two-year Framework Agreement (2026-2027):

1.   Provision of "Venue/Hall Rental" services in Aden Governorate.
2.   Supply of Meals (Coffee Break + Lunch) in Aden Governorate.
3.   Supply of Stationery and Office Supplies in Aden Governorate.
4.   Supply of "Printed Materials and Media items" in Aden Governorate.
5.   Provision of " Documentation and Media Production " services in Aden Governorate.
6.   Provision of "Car Rental" services in Aden Governorate.
7.   Provision of "Travel" services in Aden Governorate.

Submission Details

Deadline for receiving bids: Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
Submission Method: Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the ASF main office.
