تأسست في عام 2008م بموجب الترخيص رقم (98/18) الصادر من وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل بالجمهورية اليمنية، ومرخصة لدى وزارة الخارجية الكويتية، تعمل المؤسسة في مختلف المجالات الإنسانية والتنموية والإغاثية في جميع أنحاء الجمهورية اليمنية، ولديها العديد من الشراكات مع المنظمات المحلية والدولية.

الغرض
تهدف هذه المناقصة إلى إبرام اتفاقية إطارية لمدة عام واحد قابلة للتجديد لعام آخر مع مزودي خدمات مؤهلين لتوفير خدمات تأجير المركبات مع توفير السائقين، وتزويدها بالوقود، والصيانة الدورية، وتلبية احتياجات المؤسسة التشغيلية والطارئة.

الموقع: محافظتي عدن ولحج.

المتطلبات الفنية

• توفير مركبات بحالة جيدة وفق المواصفات الفنية المحددة في وثائق المناقصة.
• ضمان الصيانة الدورية والتوافر السريع للمركبات في حالات الطوارئ.
• تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة تفي باحتياجات المؤسسة الإنسانية والتشغيلية.

المؤهلات

يجب أن يكون المتقدمون:

• لديهم خبرة سابقة في تقديم خدمات تأجير المركبات في بيئات مشابهة.
• قادرين على تقديم ضمانات ومستندات تدعم قدرهم على توفير الخدمات المطلوبة.

1. السجل التجاري (ساري المفعول)
2. البطاقة الضريبية (سارية المفعول)
3. رخصة مزاولة المهنة (سارية المفعول)
4. البطاقة الزكوية (سارية المفعول) (إن وجدت)

الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات

(سيؤدي التأخير في التقديم إلى إلغاء العطاء)

ملاحظات هامة

• يجب أن تكون العطاءات سارية لمدة لا تقل عن 90 يومًا تقويميًا من تاريخ تقديمها.

For the Provision of Car Rental Services 2026

About YANABIA AL-KHAIR CHARITY FOUNDATION (YKF)

Established in 2008 under registration number (98/18) issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in the Republic of Yemen, and accredited by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Department of International Cooperation and Development under number (1184). The foundation operates across Yemen, implementing humanitarian, developmental, and relief programs. It is recognized for its partnerships with both local and international organizations.

Objective

This tender aims to establish a framework agreement for one year, with an option for a one-year extension, with qualified service providers to offer vehicle rental services, including the provision of drivers, fuel, regular maintenance, and meeting operational and emergency needs of the foundation, based on purchase orders issued during the contract term.

Location: Aden and Lahj Governorates

Technical Requirements 

• Vehicles must be provided in good condition and in compliance with the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents.
• Regular maintenance of vehicles must be provided, ensuring readiness for emergency use.
• The services should meet the high standards required for the Foundation’s operational and humanitarian activities.

Qualifications

Bidders must:

• Have prior experience in providing vehicle rental services in similar contexts.
• Be able to provide guarantees and documentation supporting their ability to provide the required services.

1. Valid Commercial registration
2. Valid Tax certificate
3. Valid Professional practice license
4. Valid Zakat Certificate   (if available)

Deadline for Submission of Bids
(Delay in submission will result in invalidation)

• At 10:00 PM on Monday, March 30, 2026.

Bids Opening Session Date

• At 11:00 AM on Monday, March 30, 2026.
