تأسست في عام 2008م بموجب الترخيص رقم (98/18) الصادر من وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل بالجمهورية اليمنية، ومرخصة لدى وزارة الخارجية الكويتية، تعمل المؤسسة في مختلف المجالات الإنسانية والتنموية والإغاثية في جميع أنحاء الجمهورية اليمنية، ولديها العديد من الشراكات مع المنظمات المحلية والدولية.

الغرض

تهدف هذه المناقصة إلى إبرام اتفاقية إطارية لمدة عام واحد قابلة للتجديد لعام آخر مع موردين مؤهلين لتوريد أعلاف الماشية  بما يلبي احتياجات المؤسسة.

• محافظة لحج مديريتي القبيطة والمقاطرة

المتطلبات الفنية

• تخصص :الأوراق والتراخيص القانونية الذي توضح نشاط المورد    
• جاهزية المورد للتوريد: أرفاق خطة توضح قدرة المورد على البدء  بالتوريد بعد استلامه أمر الشراء  
• الخبرة : أرفاق عقود سابقة لدى جهات أخرى

1. السجل التجاري (ساري المفعول)
2. البطاقة الضريبية (سارية المفعول)
3. رخصة مزاولة المهنة (سارية المفعول)
4. البطاقة الزكوية (سارية المفعول) (إن وجدت)

الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات

• (سيؤدي التأخير في التقديم إلى إلغاء العطاء)
• الساعة 10:00 صباحا، يوم الثلاثاء، 19 مايو 2026م

About YANABIA AL-KHAIR CHARITY FOUNDATION (YKF)

Established in 2008 under registration number (98/18) issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in the Republic of Yemen, and accredited by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Department of International Cooperation and Development under number (1184). The foundation operates across Yemen, implementing humanitarian, developmental, and relief programs. It is recognized for its partnerships with both local and international organizations.

Objective

The objective of this tender is to establish a one-year framework agreement, renewable for a further year, with qualified suppliers for the supply of livestock feed, in line with the institution’s needs.

Location

• Lahj Governorate, Al Qubaytah and Al Maqatirah Districts

Technical Requirements 

• Specialization: Legal documents and licenses that demonstrate the supplier’s business activity.
• Supplier readiness for delivery: Attach a plan demonstrating the supplier’s ability to commence delivery upon receipt of the purchase order.
• Experience: Attach previous contracts with other entities.

Documents to be attached to the bid

1. Valid Commercial registration
2. Valid Tax certificate
3. Valid Professional practice license
4. Valid Zakat Certificate   (if available)

Deadline for Submission of Bids

• (Delay in submission will result in invalidation)
• At 10:00 AM on Tuesday, 19 May 2026

Bids Opening Session Date

• At 11:00 AM on Tuesday, 19 May 2026
