الموضوع: مناقصة رقم (04) والخاصة بتأسيس عقد إطاري سنوي لتوريد الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية 

تدعو منظمة كير العالمية – اليمن، الشركات المؤهلة إلى تقديم عطاءاتهم بخصوص العقد الإطاري السنوي لتقديم الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية لمشاريع كير في اليمن.
يمكن الشركات المؤهلة المهتمين ذوي الخبرة والكيان القانوني الحصول على المظاريف ذات الصلة أثناء ساعات دوام المنظمة (من الساعة 3008: صباحا وحتى الساعة 03:00 عصرا) من الأحد إلى الخميس.

يجب أن تسلم العطاءات موقعة ومختومة في مظروف مغلق ومختوم بالشمع الأحمر ويجب أن ترفق العطاءات بما يلي:
1.    ضمان بنكي غير مشروط مقطوع أو شيك مقبول الدفع بمبلغ  $ 30,000دولار صالح لمدة 120 يوم من تاريخ فتح المظاريف. 
2.    صورة من البطاقة الضريبية والزكوية سارية المفعول.
3.    صورة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول وتصريح مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة العليا للأدوية.

• دفع مبلغ مقطوع لا يرد وقدره 10,000 ريال يمني لشراء وثائق المناقصة.
• يجب على من ترسي عليه المناقصة ان يقدم ضمان بنكي غير مشروط أو شيك مقبول الدفع بمبلغ وقدرة 60,000 دولار صالح لفترة العقد الإطاري السنوي.
• يجب أن يكون عرض السعر ساري المفعول لمدة سنة.
• يجب أن يكون للمتقدم خبرة وعمل مع منظمات او جهات أخرى في نفس المجال.
• يجب  ان يكون العطاء موقع أو مختوم  مالم سيتم إستبعاد العطاء من المنافسة.
• العطاء يقدم بالدولار والدفع سيكون بالدولار.
• يعتبر العطاء ملغي في حالة مخالفة أي من الشروط أعلاه.
• في حال وجود أي استفسارات أو ملاحظات الرجاء إرسالها عبر الايميل (YEM.consultancy@care.org) إلى يوم الأحد الموافق 13-04-2025م وسيتم موافاتكم بالردود. وأي استفسار يرسل بعد هذا التاريخ لن يتم الرد عليه.
• أخر يوم لبيع المظاريف يوم الأربعاء الموافق 16/04/2025
• أخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات يوم الاحد الموافق 24/04/2025  في موعد أقصاه الساعة 3  عصراً إلى مكتب المنظمة في عدن كما هو موضح أعلاه وأي عطاء يقدم بعد الوقت المحدد لن يتم استلامه.
• سيتم فتح المظاريف يوم الأربعاء الموافق 30/04/2025 الساعة العاشرة صباحاً بحضور الشركات او من يمثلهم في مقر المنظمة في عدن.

تحتفظ منظمة كير العالمية بحقها بقبول أو رفض جزء أو كل العطاءات دون إبداء الأسباب.

علما أن المنظمة غير ملزمة بالترسية على أقل العطاءات.

Invitation for Bids

Title: Establishment for FWA on provision of Medicine & Medical Supplies

Care International in Yemen, invites applications from the reputed companies for submission of their bids regarding the FWA for Provision of Medicine & Medical Supplies.

Interested firms with experience and legal entity can obtain relevant envelopes, during organization work hours (from 08:30 am to 03:00 pm) from Sunday to Thursday 

Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents from our office in Aden as

Bids must be submitted signed and sealed in a closed envelope sealed with red wax. Bids must include the following: 
1.    An unconditional bank guarantee or a certified check in the amount of $ 30,000 dollars, valid for 120 days from the date of opening the envelopes. 
2.    A copy of a valid tax and zakat card. 
3.    A copy of a valid commercial registration and Business License from SBDMA [Supreme Board of Drugs & Medical Appliances]. 

• Pay a non-refundable lump sum of 10,000 Yemeni Rials for the purchase of the bidding documents.
• The awarded bidder must provide a bank guarantee or certified check in the amount of $ 60,000 dollars valid for the period of the FWA.
• The price offer must be valid for one year. 
• The applicant must have experience working with organizations or other entities in the same field. 
• The bid must be signed or stamped; otherwise, it will be excluded from the competition. 
• Bids should be submitted in dollars, and payment will be in dollars. 
• The bid will be considered canceled if any of the above conditions are violated. 
• For any inquiries or comments, please send them via email (YEM.consultancy@care.org) by Sunday, April 13, 2025. Responses will be provided, and any inquiries sent after this date will not be answered. 
• The last day to sell envelopes is Wednesday, April 16, 2025. 
• The final deadline for submitting bids is Sunday, April 24, 2025, no later than 3 PM at the organization's office in Aden, as stated above. Any bid submitted after the specified time will not be accepted. 
• The envelopes will be opened on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 10 AM, in the presence of the companies or their representatives at the organization's headquarters in Aden.

CARE International in Yemen reserves the right to reject any or all bids without mentioning any reason. 

Noting that the organization is not obliged to award the lowest bids.
