Invitation:

International Medical Corps, global, humanitarian, non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training and relief, and development programs (https://internationalmedicalcorps.org), is pleased to invite reputable companies to participate in tendering for the above-mentioned services.

• Completed documents must be submitted no later than 04:00 PM (Yemen Time) on 21st April 2024 through the following ways:
  • Via tender email: Tender.SAH@InternationalMedicalCorps.org with subject line (“RFQ10068746 – Ambulance Vehicles”).
  • By hand delivery in sealed envelopes marked (“RFQ10068746 – Ambulance Vehicles”) to a tender box located at International Medical Corps- Sana’a office of Address; International Medical Corps,  Ambassador Abdulrahman Al - Hamdi Street, Off the 50th Avenue, Hadda Zone, Sana’a, Yemen.

Answers will be provided the next day.

Other points

• International Medical Corps - Yemen reserves the right to accept or reject any incomplete bid document.
• Bids received after submission deadline above, will not be accepted.
• All participants it is preferred to provide proof of work relevancy (i.e., experience with similar type of work - Contracts, certificates, etc.). 
• IMC is not bound to accept lowest bidder nor give reasons for rejection or acceptance.
• Bids will be opened in a public session on 23rd  April 2024 by 12:00 PM (Sana’a Time). The vendors’ representatives who will attend MUST provide an authorization letter from the vendor/ company along with his/ her ID.
• Bidders should be registered in SCMCHA through scmcha.info.

Bid submitted in any other manner than listed in tender documents will be rejected.
