دعوة تأهيل موردين:

منظمة عبس التنموية للمرأة والطفل منظمـة يمنـية غيـر حكــومية، طوعية، تنموية لا تستهــدف الربح وتحمل على عاتقها مهمـة الإسهام في توفير مستوى معيشي أفضل لنساء وأطفال وشباب اليمن من خلال إنشاء المشاريع التنموية وإقامــة علاقــات شراكة مع منظمات المجتمع المدني ومؤسســات القطاعين العام والخاص والمنظمات الدولية مع التركيز على الفعالية والاستمرارية في سير عملها.
تأسست منظمة عبس التنموية في 1996م على يد مجموعة من فتيات عبس الناشطات المتأثرات بوضع مديرية عبس بهدف محو الامية والتخفيف من الفقر.

Abs Development Organization for Woman and Child is a Yemeni non-governmental, voluntary, developmental, and non-profit organization that undertakes the task of contributing to providing a better standard of living for Yemeni women, children, and youth through the establishment of development projects and partnerships with civil society organizations; public and private sector institutions, and international organizations with Focus on effectiveness and continuity in its workflow
Abs Development Organization was founded in 1996 by a group of girl activists in Abs District affected by the situation in the district of Abs, with the aim of eradicating illiteracy and alleviating poverty.

تعلن منظمة عبس التنموية للمرأة والطفل ADO عن رغبتها في تأهيل الموردين ومزودي الخدمات / اللوازم / البضائع / المقاولات والانشاءات / التعاقدات ...الخ المهتمين للانضمام إلى قائمة الموردين المعتمدين لدى منظمة عبس التنموية للمرأة والطفل لمدة سنتين،
فعلى الموردين المؤهلين الراغبين في التسجيل تقديم وثائقهم وتعبئة استمارة التسجيل وذلك وفقاً للشروط والوثائق الأساسية بدقة وحرص كونها عناصر جوهرية يتم تقييم مؤهلات المورد وفقها وضمه الى قائمة الموردين المعتمدين والمؤهلين لديها. 

Abs Development Organization for Woman and Child (ADO) expresses its desire to qualify competitive suppliers and providers of services/supplies/goods/contracting and construction/contracts... etc. who are interested to join the list of suppliers approved by the Abs Development Organization for Woman and Child for a period of two years. Interested qualified suppliers shall submit their documents and fill out the registration form, in accordance with the basic conditions and documents accurately and carefully as they are essential elements against which the supplier’s qualifications are evaluated and included in the list of ADO-approved and qualified suppliers.

شروط وملاحظات هامة:-  

1.   يرجى من الموردين الراغبين في التسجيل أن يوفروا جميع الوثائق القانونية سارية المفعول (سجل تجاري/ ورخصة مزاولة المهنة وبطاقة ضريبية / وبطاقة زكوية وأي وثائق متعلقة .... الخ.) وإرفاقها مع استمارة التسجيل.
2.   يرجى إرفاق السيرة الذاتية للجهة المتقدمة.
3.   يرجى تسليم كافة وثائق المتقدم الكترونيا (بصيغة PDF ) باسم جهة التقديم .
4.   يرجى ارفاق أي وثائق تدل على سريان تجديد الوثائق منتهية الصلاحية.
5.   يرجى ارسال الوثائق المجددة حال صدورها ولا يقبل أي وثائق ترسل بعد التجديد بفترة شهر.
6.   لن ينظر في الوثائق الغير مكتملة.

تنويه 

هذه الدعوة ليست لتقديم العروض وانما فقط للتسجيل في قائمة الموردين.

Note :

This invitation is not to submit offers, but rather to register in the list of suppliers.

Important terms and notes:

• Interested applicants shall provide all valid legal documents (commercial register/license to practice the profession, tax card/zakat card, and any related documents .... etc.) attached to the registration form;
• Applicants’ C. Vs shall be attached;
• All applicant files should be submitted electronically in (PDF) with the name of the entity mentioned.
• Any documents indicating the validity of the renewal of expired documents shall be attached;
• The renewed documents shall be submitted as soon as they are issued as no submitted documents after the renewal period of one month will be considered;
• Incomplete documents will not be considered.
