إعلان مـنــاقــصــة رقم TF/2024/ITT/01

تعلن مؤسسة سوياً للتنمية وحقوق الانسان عن رغبتها في اعلان المناقصة العامة رقم TF /2024/ ITT/01 الخاصة بإنشاء وحدة خاصة للأطفال المرافقين لأمهاتهم تشمل أماكن آمنة وفصول دراسية ومكاتب للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين ومرافق صحية بالإصلاحية المركزية -   محافظة الحديدة  ، وذلك ضمن اطار مشروع عدالة الأحداث الممول من  منظمة رعاية الاطفال فعلى المقاولين و الشركات المؤهلين تقديم عطاءاتهم وذلك وفقاً للشروط والوثائق الأساسية للعطاء والبيانات الموضحة أدناه

على الراغبين في الحصول على وثائق المناقصة متضمنة جميع التفاصيل يرجى إرسال مذكرة رسمية مختومة معنونه برقم المناقصة و ملف تعريفي عن المؤسسة\ الشركة الراغبة في التقديم و السجل التجاري، ويجب ان يكون النشاط التجاري ضمن فئه المقاولات الى عنوان البريد الالكتروني التالي : Tenders@together2-ye.org 

سيتم إرسال مستندات المناقصة عن طريق الإيميل.

تنويه :  يجب أن يكتب رقم العطاء في عنوان البريد للطلبات المقدمة  ( Tender Bid TF/2024/ITT/01)

الوثائق المطلوبة:

1.    يرفق مع العطاء ضمان بنكي أو شيك مقبول الدفع بمبلغ وقدره (3% من قيمة العطاء وبنفس عملة العطاء) صالح لمدة 90 يوماً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف.
2.    البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
3.    سجل تجاري ساري المفعول.
4.    البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول.
5.    بطاقة تأمينية سارية المفعول.
6.    رخصة مزاولة المهنة "قانونية" سارية المفعول.
7.    بطاقة شخصية او جواز سفر ساري المفعول.
8.    حساب بنكي.
9.    ارفاق القدرة المالية لأخر سنتين. 
10.    لن ينظر في الوثائق الغير مكتملة.

تقديم العطاءات: 

• يتم استلام عروض الأسعار من المتقدمين وجميع الوثائق بظرف مغلق بالشمع الاحمر في يوم الثلاثاء 5/11/2024 الساعة 11:00 صباحاً مع ذكر رقم المناقصة واسم المناقصة وذلك إلى المقر الرئيسي لمؤسسة سوياً للتنمية وحقوق الانسان، صنعاء، شارع الستين، جولة المصباحي، جوار المركز التجاري للسيارات و المحركات (تويوتا) ولن يقبل أي عرض يرد إلينا بعد هذا الموعد. 

تنويه:

• يلزم على الراغبين دخول المناقصة زيارة موقع المشروع بعد الحصول على وثائق المناقصة وعليهم ان يتحملوا وعلى مسؤوليتهم ونفقتهم الخاصة ترتيب زيارة الموقع في اليوم المحدد للزيارة 
• تحتفظ المؤسسة بحق قبول أي عطاء أو رفضه دون إبداء الأسباب.
• التعليمات والشروط الخاصة بالمناقصة مرفقة بأوراق المناقصة ويجب الاطلاع عليها مسبقا قبل البدء بتحرير العطاء.

Invitation to Tender No TF/2024/ITT/01

Together Foundation for Development and Human Rights is calling for the Tender No. TF/2024/ ITT/01 for the establishment of a special unit for children accompanying their mothers includes safe spaces, classrooms, offices for social workers and psychologists, and sanitary facilities at the Central Prison in Al-Hodeidah Governorate within the framework of Juveniles Justice Project funded by the Save the Children. Qualified contractors and companies submit their bids in accordance with the bidding conditions and documents shown below.
Those would like to request access to tender documents/ papers, including all the details, please send an official stamped note titled with the tender number , the profile of the company/ contractor wishing to apply, and the commercial register to the following email: Tenders@together2-Ye.org. Tender documents will be sent via e -mail. 
Note: The reference number of the bid must be written in the email subject (Tender Bid TF/2024/ITT/01).

The offers should include the following documents:

1. a bank guarantee or check payable in the amount of (3% of the bid value and in the same currency as the bid) shall be attached to the bid, valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening the envelopes.
2.  a valid tax card.
3. A valid commercial register.
4. a valid Zakat card.
5. a valid insurance card.
6. a valid profession practice license.  
7. a valid ID card or passport.
8. a bank account.
9. financial capacity for the last two years attached.
10. Incomplete documents will not be considered.

Submission of bids:.

• Deadline for submitting offers and all documents in a sealed envelope with red wax is on  Tuesday 5, 2024 by 11: 00 pm, mentioning the tender number and name, to the Main Office of Together Foundation for Development and Human Rights, Sana’a, 60 Street, Almesbahi  roundabout, Next to Toyota – AMTC,  and no offer will be accepted after this date . 

Note:

• -    Those wishing to apply must visit the project site after obtaining the tender documents. They shall bear, at their own responsibility and expense, the arrangement of a site visit on day scheduled for the visit.
• -    Together Foundation is not bound to give reasons for rejection or acceptance.
• -    All bidding requirements and conditions are attached to the tender papers and must be viewed in advance before starting to issue the tender.
