Invitation to UNDP Online Quantum Training Session for Suppliers in Yemen

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Yemen is pleased to invite all interested suppliers from across the governorates of Yemen to attend an online training session on the Quantum digital procurement system. The session will take place on Monday, May 13th, 2025, 10:00 AM – 12 PM (local time).

This training is part of UNDP’s ongoing efforts to ensure greater transparency, accessibility, and efficiency in procurement processes. The session is designed to help suppliers become familiar with the Quantum system, which is now being used for all UNDP procurement activities.

Key Topics to Be Covered:

• Step-by-step guidance on how to register on the Quantum system
• Instructions on how to search for and apply to tenders
• Procurement process, suppliers’ ethics and code of conducts
• Answers to the most frequently asked questions by suppliers

The session is open to both new and existing suppliers, including businesses of all sizes and sectors. Participation in this session will be highly valuable for companies seeking to collaborate with UNDP and other UN agencies through the Quantum platform.
