Description: MedGlobal is an international medical non-profit organization providing health services to people in need, including refugees and displaced persons, in disaster and underserved regions. The organization is composed of medical and public health volunteers of diverse backgrounds. MedGlobal offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.

MedGlobal (MG) invites your submission of a financial and technical bid in order to provide goods/services in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents. MedGlobal seeks a supplier for medical supplies.

The Invitation to Tender (ITT) details are as follows:

• Subject of Tender: Portable Ultrasound- 10 Devices.
• ITT Period: From July 16, 2025, until July 30, 2025.
• ITT Closure Date and Time: July 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM Yemen Time.
• Minimum Validity Period of ITT: 90 days
• Location: Aden, Yemen
• Tender/Procurement Reference Number: ITT NO. 033-YE-17-06-2025.

Full bid submissions must be received at the email address bids.ye@medglobal.org no later than July 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM Yemen Time. And you shall send two separate emails, One for your technical offer and the other One for your financial offer, and you shall name the email with the type of offer (“Technical Offer” or “Financial Offer”), In the subject field. Failure to meet the closing date/time may result in the offer being void. Returned bids must remain valid for consideration for a period of not less than 90 days from the closing date.

الوصف:

ميدغلوبال منظمة طبية دولية غير ربحية تُقدم خدمات صحية للمحتاجين، بمن فيهم اللاجئون والنازحون، في المناطق المنكوبة والمحرومة. تتألف المنظمة من متطوعين في المجال الطبي والصحة العامة من خلفيات متنوعة. تُقدم ميدغلوبال المساعدة للأشخاص بناءً على احتياجاتهم، بغض النظر عن العرق أو الدين أو الجنس أو الانتماء السياسي.

تدعوكم ميدغلوبال (MG) لتقديم عرض مالي وفني لتوفير السلع/الخدمات وفقًا للشروط المفصلة في الوثائق المرفقة. تبحث ميدغلوبال عن مورد للوازم الطبية.

تفاصيل دعوة تقديم العطاءات هي كما يلي:

• موضوع المناقصة : شراء 10 اجهزه الموجات فوق الصوتية المحمولة
• فترة تقديم العروض: من 16 يوليو 2025 إلى 30 يوليو 2025.

• مدة صلاحية تقديم العروض: ٩٠ يومًا.

 في موعد أقصاه 30 يوليو 2025، الساعة 11:59 مساءً بتوقيت اليمن. يُرجى إرسال رسالتين بريديتين منفصلتين، إحداهما لعرضكم الفني والأخرى لعرضكم المالي، مع ذكر نوع العرض ("العرض الفني" أو "العرض المالي") في خانة الموضوع. قد يؤدي عدم الالتزام بتاريخ/وقت الإغلاق إلى إلغاء العرض. يجب أن تبقى العطاءات المُعادة صالحة للنظر فيها لمدة لا تقل عن 90 يومًا من تاريخ الإغلاق.
