Provision of Prefab Offices for Aden

Dear Sir/Madam,

We hereby solicit your quotations for the Provision of Prefab Offices for Aden premises as below specifications:

Kitchen
Four office rooms One office room	System	Specially Shaped profile and bolted joint construction in use.
Four office rooms One office room	Floor coating	2 mm thick Wooden Patterned PVC vinyl.
One office room Stairs Entrance Kitchen	System	Specially shaped sandwich panel with Polyurethane 32kg/m3 insulation.
	Outer Surface Covering	Ral 9002 electrostatic painted galvanized steel sheet.
	Inner Surface Covering	Ral 9002 electrostatic painted galvanized steel sheet.
	Wall Isolation	Produced with 100 mm thick Polyurethane, full thermal insulation, healthy and safe materials. The tapered corner joints should be covered with 0.30 mm sheet steel.
Four office rooms One office room One office room Stairs	Roof System	Special shaped clamped (grooved seam) EPS sandwich panels. Rainwater shall be drained through special clamping system.
	Roof Isation	Produced with 125 mm EPS, full thermal insulation, healthy and safe materials.
	Outer Surface Coating	Ral 9002 electrostatic painted galvanized steel sheet.
	Inner Surface Covering	Ral 9002 electrostatic painted galvanized steel sheet.
Entrance Kitchen	External door	Metal door made of 1.2 mm metal frame and 0.5 mm steel sheet and leak-proof seal. Resistant to scratches. The door is insulated against blow, heat and sound with 20 kg/m³ density EPS.
Entrance Kitchen	Internal Door	755x1980 mm American wood door with electrostatic painted galvanized metal frame
Four office rooms One office room One office room	Window	890x1135 mm PVC window. Windows are single wing and opens 90 degree.
	Sill	PVC is used on the window sill of the inside edge.

Stairs Entrance	Exterior and Interior	Ral 9002 coat coil painted.
Stairs Entrance	Metal Parts	Ral 1019 electrostatic painted steel sheet.
Kitchen Four office rooms One office room One office room	System	On the plaster
	Cable	For plugs 3x2,5 , for lighting 2x1,5 and for commutator 3x1,5 NYM TSE certified cables in use.
	Lighting	Appropriate lighting bulbs
	Plugs and Switches	Located in every room.

The services are to be delivered maximum in 6 weeks upon issuing of PO according to the location mentioned. The quotation shall be valid at least for 3 months after the closing date.

Bidders must enter the following text in the email subject line: “RFQ/YEM/2024/009– “Provision of Prefabs”

Please submit your quotation in US Dollars currency. Conversion of currency into the UNFPA preferred currency, if the offer is quoted differently from what is required, shall be based only on UN Operational Exchange Rate prevailing at the time of competition deadline.

Bidders should NOT submit any Bid to this contact or your Bid will be declared invalid, as UNFPA will not able to guarantee the confidentiality of the Bidding process.

Bidders may request clarifications not later than 25th December 2024, 15:00 Sana’a time.

Quotations submitted by email must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by UNFPA after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Kindly ensure that it is signed and in the PDF format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.

Please take note of the following requirements and conditions pertaining to the supply of the above mentioned goods:
Partial quotes - not permitted
Partial delivery – not permitted
Warranty - The warranty period shall be minimum 12 months.

Bidders may modify their offers in writing prior to the submission deadline. The bidder must submit the proposed modification via email that must be clearly marked as “MODIFICATION”.
In this case the previous offer will be declined and the modified offer shall be considered for the evaluation process. Also, if the same bidder has submitted several offers before the bid deadline superseding each other only the last received offer will be considered for opening and further evaluation.
