Tender Invitation
HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL (HI), within its programs implemented in Yemen invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers for the provision of rental vehicles services (owned by supplier) for all categories listed (see page 2) including regular physical/mechanical check-up(s), periodic repair and maintenance, comprehensive insurance coverage and provision of replacement vehicle services in the whole Yemen.
HI – Yemen mission intends to award a framework contract (FW) for the service provision of vehicle rental covering : Lot No.1 (Sana’a), Lot No.2 (ADEN), Lot No.3 (Mocha), Lot No. 4 (Haja), Lot No.5 (Hodeida) for all HI programs funded by all donors. Through this tendering process, HI may select one service provider contracted to all lots; or select two or more service providers to be distributed to different Lots.
All technical specifications, including instructions for bidders, are provided as references in the detailed description of the tender within the bidding documents. These documents, available in English, can be downloaded at no cost from the following link.

Remarks;
- Any submission after the deadline date and time will not be considered.

تدعو منظمة هانديكاب إنترناشونال (HI)، ضمن برامجها المنفذة في اليمن، إلى تقديم عطاءات مختومة من الموردين المسجلين لتقديم خدمات تأجير المركبات (المملوكة للمورد) لجميع الفئات المذكورة (انظر الصفحة ٢)، بما في ذلك الفحوصات الفيزيائية والميكانيكية الدورية، والإصلاح والصيانة الدورية، والتغطية التأمينية الشاملة، وتوفير خدمات استبدال المركبات في جميع أنحاء اليمن.
