Caritas Poland has been funding health projects in Yemen since July 2019, and has received official registration in May 2020, with plans for expansion of activities across a range of sectors, currently focusing on Health and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). Caritas Poland has been cooperating closely with Caritas Poland (CP) Yemen Mission.

Conditions for participation: 

CP invites interested eligible Suppliers to submit their quotations for supply and delivery of furniture and non-medical equipment to Al-Raydah Al-Sharqiyah Hospital in Hadramout Governorate. • The tenderer has to be legally licensed and registered in Yemen.
• The deadline to submit the quotation is July 03, 2025 at 3:00 PM Local Time – any quotation submitted after the deadline will not be considered. 
• CP has its right to choose a tenderer not depending only on the lowest price. The quality of the benefits will be considered too.
• All CP terms, conditions, and policies must be accepted by the tenderer.
• CP will not cover any costs related to the creation of the bids.
• CP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all expressions of interest or cancel the process without informing the interested applicants.

Requirements for Bid Submission:

Submit your bid in a sealed envelope marked with PRF-YEM-009-05-2025, Tender No. 3/2025/YEM, along with the documents required in clauses 2 and 3 of the Contract Notice. The envelope should be clearly labeled with the statement "Not to be opened before the deadline mentioned below by the tender commission." Please deliver the sealed envelope to the Private Tender Box, which will be placed in the CP office in Aden, Khormaksar, October neighborhood.

03/07/2025, 3:00 PM as a deadline.

Envelopes may be delivered by hand and be placed in the private tender box. You need to register your company name in the tender deliver sheet. Please note that CP office will not be open during weekends or public holidays.
