Content : Nahda Makers Organization (NMO) invites qualified and legally registered construction companies to express their interest in the Spate Irrigation System – Al-Makhzan System, Abyan Delta. This Project aims to restore hydraulic infrastructure efficiency and improve water resource management in the targeted agricultural area, ensuring sustainable agricultural production and enhancing food security. 
This EOI is part of a two-stage procurement process. The first stage aims to pre-qualify eligible and capable bidders, while the second stage involves the tendering process, where shortlisted companies will be invited to submit a detailed technical and financial proposal
No margin of preference is applied; the Bid is open to all eligible Bidders.

Submission details:  This EOI is a One-Envelope process.

NMO will follow the one-envelope process for this procurement. Therefore, please submit your EOI following the requirements detailed in the EOI.

Remark:

1-    The EOI, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to it, shall be written in English

2-    EOI must be submitted through the eProcure system, and before the EOI deadline expires. It will not be possible to submit your EOI after the deadline or outside the eProcure system

3-    International Companies are eligible to apply but shall adhere to the Yemen law for registration & taxation purposes.

المحتوى 

تدعو منظمة صناع النهضة (NMO) شركات المقاولات المؤهلة والمسجلة قانونياً إلى إبداء اهتمامها بتنفيذ مشروع إعادة تأهيل نظام الري السيلي – نظام المخزن في دلتا أبين. يهدف هذا المشروع إلى استعادة كفاءة البنية التحتية الهيدروليكية وتحسين إدارة الموارد المائية في المنطقة الزراعية المستهدفة، بما يضمن إنتاجاً زراعياً مستداماً ويساهم في تعزيز الأمن الغذائي. 
 يأتي هذا الطلب ضمن عملية شراء تتكون من مرحلتين: 

• - المرحلة الأولى: التأهيل المسبق للمتقدمين المؤهلين والقادرين 
• - المرحلة الثانية: مرحلة المناقصة حيث سيتم دعوة الشركات المدرجة في القائمة المختصرة لتقديم عروض فنية ومالية مفصلة 

لا يُطبق أي هامش تفضيل، والمناقصة مفتوحة لجميع المتقدمين المؤهلين.
