Contract Title: Prequalification of Works Contractors for the Rehabilitation of Water Supply and Sewerage Networks in Aden and Taiz Governorates

The National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NAHR) invites qualified and experienced national and international construction companies to apply for prequalification for upcoming works related to the rehabilitation of water supply and sewerage networks in Aden and Taiz Governorates, Yemen.
The anticipated works will cover 13 key sites and may include rehabilitation, replacement and installation of water and sewerage networks, associated civil works, testing, commissioning, and related infrastructure activities.
This prequalification process aims to establish a shortlist of capable contractors with demonstrated technical experience, financial capacity, equipment, and ability to undertake substantial infrastructure works in Yemen.
National contractors must hold the valid registrations, licences and permits required by the IRG authorities in Yemen. International contractors are also eligible to apply, provided they are legally registered in their country of incorporation and are able to meet the applicable legal, registration and taxation requirements for undertaking works in Yemen. 
No margin of preference is applied; the Bid is open to all eligible Bidders.

Submission details : This EOI is a Single Envelope EOI process.

NAHR will follow the One-envelope process for this procurement. Therefore, please submit your Bid/EOI following the requirements detailed in the e-Procurement System.

Remark        

1-    The EOI, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to it, shall be written in English
2-    The EOI must be submitted through the e-Procurement System, and before the EOI deadline expires. It will not be possible to submit your Bid/EOI after the deadline or outside the e-Procurement System
3-    International Companies are eligible to apply but shall adhere to Yemeni law for registration & taxation purposes.
