Introduction

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is an international humanitarian and development organization serving vulnerable populations in more than 80 countries. As part of its humanitarian mandate, CRS provides emergency assistance to individuals and communities affected by natural disasters, conflict, displacement, public health emergencies, and other crises.

Purpose:

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Yemen is conducting a supplier market-mapping exercise to identify potential suppliers, service providers, contractors and specialized firms operating in Yemen.
The exercise aims to understand the availability and capacity of the local market, identify potential sources for a range of goods and services, and expand the CRS Supply Master List in preparation for anticipated humanitarian and development activities and future funding opportunities.
Note/ This EOI is not a request for quotation, or prequalification process and does not constitute a commitment by CRS to purchase any goods or services.

الغرض:

في اليمن بإجراء عملية مسح لسوق الموردين بهدف تحديد الموردين ومقدمي الخدمات والمقاولين والشركات (CRS) تقوم منظمة خدمات الإغاثة الكاثوليكية المتخصصة المحتملين العاملين في اليمن.
تهدف هذه العملية إلى فهم مدى توفر السلع والخدمات وقدرات السوق المحلية، وتحديد المصادر المحتملة لمجموعة متنوعة من السلع والخدمات، وتوسيع القائمة استعداداً للأنشطة الإنسانية والتنموية المرتقبة وفرص التمويل المستقبلية. both attached documents are mandatory to be fully filled per below mandatory term:
 
1.    EOI PDF is mandatory to be filled, providing the purpose, required categories, geographic coverage, submission requirements, and relevant conditions.
2.    CRS Yemen Supplier Information Template 2026 – Excel Sheet is mandatory for all interested suppliers to complete and submit along with their EOI response and supporting documents.

Both EOI PDF and Excel sheet are mandatory to be filled by all suppliers.

 
كلتا الوثيقتين إلزاميتان ويجب تعبئتهما بالكامل وفقًا لما يلي:

1.    نموذج إبداء الاهتمام (EOI) بصيغة PDF: يجب تعبئته إلزاميًا، ويتضمن الغرض من الطلب، والفئات المطلوبة، والنطاق الجغرافي، ومتطلبات التقديم، والشروط ذات الصلة.
2.    نموذج معلومات الموردين لـ CRS اليمن 2026 (CRS Yemen Supplier Information Template 2026) بصيغة Excel: يجب على جميع الموردين المهتمين تعبئته وإرساله مع رد إبداء الاهتمام (EOI) والوثائق الداعمة المطلوبة.

يجب على جميع الموردين تعبئة وإرسال كل من نموذج الـ EOI بصيغة PDF ونموذج Excel، حيث إن كلاهما إلزامي.
