SECTION 1: LETTER OF INVITATION 

International Organization for Migration, hereinafter referred to as IOM, hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

To enable you to submit a bid, please read the following attached documents carefully.

• Annex 1: Schedule of Requirements
• Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form
• Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer

If you are interested in submitting a bid in response to this RFQ, please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this RFQ and submit it by the deadline for submission of bids set out in Section 3: Data Sheet. 
Please acknowledge receipt of this RFQ by completing and returning the attached Form A: Bid Confirmation by email to iomyementender@iom.int no later than 07 September 2024, indicating whether you intend to submit a bid or not. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person/s identified in Section 3: Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this RFQ.  

MANDAROTY: 

QUALIFCIATION CRITERIA OF SELECTION: 

Recent Experience during the past 5 years in similar supplies (Gabion Baskets/construction materials), for cumulative amounts equal or more than the offered price. 
Provide at least three (3) copies of genuine evidence for related supplies.

TECHNICAL CRITERIA OF SELECTION:

Physical Sample Check.

Bidder should provide physical samples to IOM Warehouse in Marib within the RFQ duration, also should provide the original catalogues of the product, Quality Certificate

Vendors should be considered only for the passed items; hence multiple vendors can be awarded with the contract based on the lowest price for accepted item
