Tender Reference: R-010172 Supply of Hygiene Kits

 INTRODUCTION: 

Concern Worldwide is an Irish-based international, non-governmental, humanitarian organization dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries. We are currently working in Yemen in Aden and Lahj Governorate.

We are pleased to announce the official publication of the Invitation to Tender for the Supply of Hygiene Kits, as previously alerted. We look forward to your participation. The tender dossier is attached and contains the following documents:-

C) Tenderer’s Relevant Experience (Appendix 3)
D) Concern’s Terms and Conditions (Appendix 4)

F) Concern Safeguarding Policies (Appendix 6)

يسرنا أن نعلن عن النشر الرسمي لدعوة تقديم العطاءات لتوريد حقائب  نظافة، كما تم التنويه عنه مسبقاً، ونتطلع إلى مشاركتكم

يرجى العلم بأن ملف العطاء مرفق، ويتضمن المستندات التالية:

أ) تعليمات مقدمي العطاءات (الملحق 1)
ب) طلب الأسعار/العروض المالية (الملحق 2)
ج) الخبرات ذات الصلة لمقدم العطاء (الملحق 3)
د) الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بمنظمة كونسرن (الملحق 4)
هـ) إقرار مقدم العطاء (الملحق 5)
و) سياسات الحماية الخاصة بمنظمة كونسرن (الملحق 6)

SECTION TWO - SCOPE OF TENDER

Supply of Hygiene Kits to Concern Yemen-Aden As per specifications & quantities detailed in Appendix 2

Please note the packaging of the items to be gathered inside the Water Bucket except for the Jerrycans.

Your tender bid must be emailed and to ONLY include the following documentation, so please use the list below as a Checklist before submitting your tender to Concern.

-    Financial Offer – (Appendix2).
-    Completed ‘Tenderers Relevant Experience Form’ – (Appendix3).
-    Signed Tenderers Declaration – (Appendix5).

توريد حقائب النظافة إلى منظمة كونسرن – اليمن، عدن بحسب المواصفات الموجودة في المحلق

2- طلب الأسعار\ العرض المالي.

يرجى ملاحظة أن جميع هذه المواد يجب أن يتم تعبئتها وتجميعها داخل دلو المياه ماعدا  دبة الماء.
يجب إرسال عرض المناقصة عبر البريد الإلكتروني، على أن يتضمن فقط المستندات التالية. يرجى استخدام القائمة أدناه كقائمة تحقق قبل تقديم عرضكم إلى منظمة كونسرن:

• العرض المالي –الملحق 2
• نموذج الخبرات ذات الصلة لمقدم العطاء، معبأ بالكامل –الملحق 3
• إقرار مقدم العطاء، موقعاً –الملحق 5

1-    Currency

The financial offer is required to submit the proposal in US Dollars (USD)

1-العملة

العرض المالي يجب أن يكون بالدولار الأمريكي.

2-    Suppliers must include a copy of the following when submitting the bids:

• -    Valid company registration
• -    Valid business license,
• -    Valid Tax card.
• -    Valid Business bank account.
• -    Valid Insurance card.
• -    Valid Zakat Card.

2- يجب على الموردين تقديم الوثائق القانونيه عند تقديم العطاء وهي كالتالي:

• -سجل تجاري
• -مزاولة مهنة
• -البطاقة الضريبية
• -حساب بنكي فعال
• -بطاقة تأمينية
• -بطاقة زكوية سارية المفعول

3-    Bids Offer must remain valid for at least 90 days from the date of closing unless withdrawn in the writing by the tenderer. 

3-يجب ان تكون صلاحية العرض ان لا تقل عن 90 يوم

على أن يتم استلام العروض في موعد أقصاه الساعة 3:00 مساءً (15:00 بتوقيت عدن) يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 06/أكتوبر/2026
