The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent (IFRC) Yemen Country Office is herewith inviting your company to submit a quotation in US Dollar for the above-mentioned rehabilitation works.
Interested companies with experience and legal registration in the Republic of Yemen can obtain relevant bidding documents during organization work hours (8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Sunday to Thursday) by requesting them via an official letter sent to the email address provided below.
Bids must be submitted/delivered, signed, and stamped (in USD) to the IFRC Yemen Office, 26th September Street, Building No. 10, Sana'a, Yemen, no later than 30th July 2026, at 03:00 PM. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope.

A Financial Offer comprising:

• A written quotation including price per unit, quantity proposed, unit cost, and total price.
• Bids must be valid for 120 days after submission.
• Country of origin for each item must be listed next to the unit cost.

A Technical Offer comprising:

• Copy of the license to practice the profession.
• Valid income tax card, ZAKAT card, and registration card.
• Work experience in the same field and description of similar works performed in the last three years (with contacts of INGOs, NGOs, or public/private sector references).
• Description of capacity to execute the work within the specified deadline.
• Work delivery plan clearly indicating dates and duration.
• Tender Guarantee (as specified in the tender documents).
• Note: No prices shall be mentioned in the technical offer; failure to comply will result in exclusion.

Important Notes:

• IFRC reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to cancel the procurement process at any time without liability.
• Quotations should be signed by your official representative and stamped with the company seal.
• IFRC may award the contract to one or more suppliers.
• Delivery costs (transportation) to the targeted locations must be included in the offer.
• Final Remark: Offers (for each project total 2 projects in Abyan ) must be submitted separately in a sealed envelope , with the clear project location title indicated on the envelope.
