تدعو مؤسسة نظراء الإغاثة والتنمية (RDP) جميع مزودي خدمات التحويلات النقدية المؤهلين والجهات ذات العلاقة إلى تقديم عطاءتهم لـــ تقديم خدمة تحويلات نقدية  شهرية غير مشروطة لعدد455 مستفيد  من المجتمعات المستظيفة الأكثر تضرراً لعدد 6 دورات متتالية في مديرية عبس في محافظة حجة.

للحصول على وثائق المناقصة يرجى الحضور إلى مقر مؤسسة نظراء الإغاثة والتنمية الواقع في منطقة -حدة-فج عطان.  مع أرفاق رسالة تفويض رسمية مختمة من الجهة باسم الشخص المفوض بسحب أوراق المناقصة مع ذكر أسم ورقم المناقصة في الرسالة. 

مدة صلاحية العطاء المقدم لاتقل عن 90 يوم من تاريخ فتح المظاريف. 

يجب على مقدم العطاء أن يقدم ضمانة بنكية بمقدار 2.5% من مبلغ العطاء غير مشروطة لمدة 120 يوم من تاريخ  تقديم العطاء.

يشترط في المتقدم يكون شركة او اي جهة متخصصة في هذا المجال ان يكون مؤهلا وقادرا على تنفيذ المشاريع المذكورة أعلاه وان يكون قد نفذ مشاريع مماثلة خلال الفترة الماضية.

يجب على مقدم العطاء أن يوفر جميع الوثائق القانونية مجددة) سجل تجاري ورخصة مزاولة المهنة وبطاقة ضريبية وبطاقة زكوية, صوورة من تسجيل المتقدم في المجلس الأعلى لتنسيق الشؤون الأنسانية والتعاون الدولي, رابط التسجيل scmcha.info  وأي وثائق متعلقة .... الخ.) وإرفاقها ضمن العطاء.

لا يعتبر إصدار طلب تقديم العروض هذا منح التزام على مؤسسة نظراء الإغاثة والتنمية بالتعاقد او بدفع تكاليف إعداد وتقديم العرض. 

المؤسسة غير ملزمة بقبول اقل العطاءات.

للمؤسسة الحق في الغاء المناقصه في أي مرحله بدون تقديم اي تبريرات. 

المؤسسة لن تقوم بفتح عروض المتناقصين الذي سبق لهم تنفيذ اعمال سابقه مع مؤسسة نظراء وكانوا غير ملتزمين او مستجيبين لألية التنفيذ او كان هناك تأخر في التنفيذ.

يجب على مقدم العطاء وعلى حسابة الخاص ان يقوم بزيارة الموقع قبل تقديم عطاءه ويتحمل مسئولية عدم زيارته للموقع.

اخر موعد لاستقبال العروض (تاريخ اقفال أستلام المظاريف): يوم ألأثنين بتاريخ  20  يوليو 2026م الساعة الواحدة ظهرأ، سيتم رفض العروض المقدمة بعد هذا الموعد.

موعد فتح المظاريف للمناقصة  يوم الثلاثاء بتاريخ 21  يوليو 2026م الساعة الحادية عشر صباحاً.

Relief and Development Peer Foundation (RDP) invites the all the qualified financial service providers, and associated bodies to the bidding of:   Providing monthly unconditional cash transfer )UCT( to 455 beneficiaries of the most affected HHs in Abs district of Hajjah Gov. for six consecutive rounds

To obtain the tender documents, please visit the headquarters of RDP located in Hada-Faj Atan.  The tender applicant should provide official commission letter by the name of the person who will take the tender document. And the tenderer should not forget to mention the tender name and No. in the letter.

Bid validity period shouldn’t be less than 90 days from the date of opening of the envelopes.

Bid Bond is 2.5% of the bidding price and should be valid for 120 days from the date of submitting the bid.

The applicant must be company or entity specialized in this field, and must be qualified and able to execute the above projects and have implemented similar projects previously.

Bid applicants should submit a valid legal document (registration, license, tax cards, zakawiah, copy of the contractor's registration at the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation (SCMCHA) registration link scmcha.info and any other relevant legal documents …etc.)

The bid cannot be considered as an obligation on RDP contracting or paying any fees for preparing and submission of the bid.

RDP is not obliged to accept the lowest bids.

RDP has the right to cancel the tender at any phase without any justifications.

RDP will not open the bids of the contractors who implemented previous projects with RDP and was not adhering or not responsiveness to the implementation mechanism or late in the implementation.

The bidder, at his own expense, must visit the site before submitting his bid and bear the responsibility of not visiting the site.

The deadline for receiving the Bids (closing date) will be on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 01:00 PM, any Bids received after that will be discarded.

The date of opening session will be on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
