SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL is an international non-governmental, non-political, non-religious, non-profit organization committed to provide universal access to drinking water and sanitation for people affected by conflicts, epidemics and natural disasters. The organization has been present in Yemen since 2017 and aims to implement water, sanitation, outbreak prevention and food security projects.  

SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL intends to award a works contract for the provision of Rehabilitation of Pumping Facilities and Water Network in Al-Aqmah Villages – Al Awashiqh Sub-district – Mawza District – Taiz Governorate..

Eligibility Criteria for Bidders

Pass/Fail Criteria:

To be eligible for participation in this Tender, all bidders must meet the following mandatory requirements. Bidders who fail to meet any of the criteria below will not be considered for evaluation:

Eligibility and Willingness to Operate in Taiz, Yemen: Bidders shall provide a written confirmation of their eligibility to operate in Taiz, Yemen, and their commitment to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements governing the conduct of business in the area. Bidders must hold and submit valid documentation issued by the Interim Capital, Aden, including but not limited to a valid work permit, tax card, and updated commercial registration.

Failure to meet any of the above criteria will result in automatic disqualification from the Tender process.

Bidders are responsible for regularly checking for any addenda, clarifications, or updates to the Tender Documents, which shall form an integral part of the tender.

ADDENDUM No. 01 – Q&A CLARIFICATIONS TO BIDDERS/

 Following the site visit and clarification period, the questions listed below were raised by bidders. To ensure transparency and equal access to information, Solidarités International is sharing the responses with all interested bidders. This addendum is attached in addition to the previous attachments. All bidders are requested to consider these clarifications when preparing their offers.

بعد الزيارة الميدانية وفترة الاستفسارات، تم طرح الأسئلة التالية من قبل المناقصين. ولضمان الشفافية وتكافؤ الوصول إلى المعلومات، تشارك منظمة التضامن الدولي الردود مع جميع المناقصين المهتمين. هذا الملحق مرفق بالإضافة إلى المرفقات السابقة. يُرجى من جميع المناقصين أخذ هذه التوضيحات في الاعتبار عند إعداد عروضهم.

منظمة سوليداريتي الدولية هي منظمة دولية غير حكومية وغير سياسية وغير دينية وغير ربحية ملتزمة بتوفير الوصول الشامل إلى مياه الشرب والصرف الصحي للأشخاص المتأثرين بالصراعات والأوبئة والكوارث الطبيعية. المنظمة موجودة في اليمن منذ عام 2017 وتهدف إلى تنفيذ مشاريع المياه والصرف الصحي والوقاية من تفشي المرض والأمن الغذائي.

تعتزم منظمة سوليداريتي إنترناشونال إبرام عقد أعمال لتنفيذ أعمال تأهيل مرافق الضخ وشبكة المياه في قرى العقمة – عزلة العوشقة– مديرية موزع – محافظة تعز.

معايير الأهلية للمشاركين

معايير النجاح/الفشل:

لتكون مؤهلاً للمشاركة في هذه المناقصة، يجب على الجميع الوفاء بالمتطلبات الإلزامية التالية. لن يتم النظر في العروض المقدة للذين يفشلون في تلبية أي من المعايير أدناه:

الأهلية والاستعداد للعمل في تعز، اليمن: يجب على المقدمين تأكيد كتابيًا أنهم مؤهلين للعمل في تعز، اليمن، وأنهم يلتزمون بجميع القوانين واللوائح والمتطلبات المتعلقة بمزاولة الأعمال في المنطقة. يجب على المتقدمين ان يكون لديهم وثائق مثل تصريح العمل و البطاقة الضريبية و السجل التجاري مجدد و ساري المفعول من العاصمة المؤقتة عدن.

الفشل في الوفاء بأي من المعايير المذكورة أعلاه سيؤدي إلى استبعاد مقدم العطاء من بشكل تلقائي.

يتعين على جميع المناقصين تقديم وثائق العطاء إلكترونياً فقط، وذلك عبر البريد الإلكتروني المحدد أدناه، ووفقاً للتعليمات التالية. ولن تُقبل أي نسخ ورقية.
