تعلن مؤسسة تمدين شباب عن رغبتها في توقيع اتفاقية لتوريد وتسليم وتركيب (44) برادة مياه للطلاب في (37) مدرسة مستهدفة ضمن ثلاث مديريات بمحافظة مأرب.
وعليه، تدعو المؤسسة الشركات والموردين المؤهلين والراغبين في المنافسة إلى تقديم عروضهم وفقًا للشروط والمواصفات المحددة في وثائق المناقصة.

مؤسسة تمدين شباب TYF 

مؤسسة غير ربحية، تأسست في25مايو عام 2013 م، بترخيص رقم (312) من وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل في اليمن. تقدم برامج التنمية المجتمعية والتوعية المدنية وبناء القدرات، وتنفذ تدخلات إيجابية في حالات الطوارئ، كما تتمتع بشراكات إستراتيجية مع العديد من المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية والمحلية.

تقديم العطاءات:

يجب تقديم العطاءات إلى مكتب مؤسسة تمدين شباب الكائن في عدن – المنصورة، شارع كورنيش المحافظ، مبنى رقم 13، بجوار مكتب الأشغال العامة، قسم المشتريات، في موعد أقصاه يوم الاربعاء الموافق 26 نوفمبر 2025، وقبل الساعة 11:30 صباحاً بتوقيت اليمن.

جلسة فتح العطاءات 

ستُعقَد جلسة فتح العطاءات يوم الاربعاء الموافق 26 نوفمبر 2025 الساعة الثانية عشرة (12:00) ظهراً في مكتب مؤسسة تمدين شباب في نفس العنوان أعلاه، ولن يسمح لصاحب العطاء او مندوبه حضور جلسة فتح المظاريف الا بموجب مذكرة رسمية باسم الشخص المخول له بالحضور. 

يجب تسليم العطاءات مُغلَّقة بالشمع الأحمر ومختومة، مع ذكر التفاصيل التالية على المظروف المغلق:

التعليمات الخاصة بالمناقصة مرفقة بأوراق المناقصة ويجب الاطلاع عليها مسبقا قبل البدء بتحرير العطاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات:

• يجب تقديم عطائكم باستخدام النماذج المرفقة، سيتم استبعاد العطاءات غير المطابقة للنماذج المرفقة.
• يجب أن تحتوي كافة المستندات والنماذج في العطاء المقدم للمناقصة على ختم المورد، سيتم استبعاد العطاءات غير المختومة بختم المورد.
• يجب تعبئة كافة المرفقات بالبيانات المطلوبة، وسيتم استبعاد أي عطاء لا يلتزم بذلك.
• يجب ان يتم التسعير بعملة الدولار الأمريكي وسيتم رفض أي عطاء مخالف.
• يجب أن تظل الأسعار المقدمة سارية لمدة لا تقل عن (90) يوماً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف.
• يجب ان يكون السعر المقدم شامل الضريبة، التوصيل، التركيب واي تكاليف أخرى.
• لن تكون مؤسسة تمدين شباب مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف او نفقات دفعها المتقدمين للمناقصة الخاصة بإعداد وتقديم عروضهم لمؤسسة تمدين شباب.

معايير الأهلية القانونية (إلزامية):

يشترط على جميع الموردين الراغبين في المشاركة في هذه المناقصة تقديم جميع الوثائق القانونية المبينة أدناه، على أن تكون صادرة من الجهات الرسمية المعتمدة في الجنوب، وسارية المفعول عند تقديم العطاء:

1.    سجل تجاري ساري المفعول.
2.    بطاقة ضريبية سارية المفعول.
3.    بطاقة زكوية سارية المفعول.
4.    ترخيص مزاولة مهنة ساري المفعول.
5.    يجب تقديم ضمان بنكي بقيمة 2.5% من اجمالي قيمة العطاء بصلاحية لمدة 90 يوم من تاريخ فتح المظاريف.
6.    عدم إدراج المورد في أي من قوائم العقوبات أو قوائم عدم الأهلية الصادرة عن الأمم المتحدة أو الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أو البنك الدولي.

سيتم استبعاد مقدمي العروض الذين لا يقدمون هذه المستندات من أي تقييم فني أو مالي.
جميع الشروط والمتطلبات الأخرى الواردة في وثيقة المناقصة.
- مؤسسة تمدين شباب لها الحق بقبول او رفض اي او كل عروض الاسعار والمقترحات وفقاً لتقديراتها وليست ملزمة بإرساء العطاء على اي متقدم.

Tender Description:

Tamdeen Youth Foundation announces its intention to sign an agreement for the supply, delivery, and installation of (44) drinking water coolers for students in (37) targeted schools across three districts in Marib Governorate.
Accordingly, the Foundation invites qualified and interested companies and suppliers to submit their bids in accordance with the terms and specifications stated in the tender documents.

Tamdeen Youth Foundation is a non-profit organization established on May 25, 2013, licensed under No. 312 by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in Yemen. The Foundation provides community development, civic education, and capacity-building programs. It implements effective emergency interventions and maintains strategic partnerships with numerous international, regional, and local organizations.

Submission of bids:

Bids must be submitted to Tamdeen Youth Foundation office, located in Aden – Al-Mansoura, Corniche Al-Muhafaz Street, Building No. 13, next to the Public Works Office, Procurement Department, no later than Wednesday, 26 November 2025, before 11:30 AM Yemen Time.

Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered.

Bid Opening Session

The bid opening session will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 12:00 noon at the office of Tamdeen Youth Foundation at the above-mentioned address. The bidder or their representative will not be allowed to attend the bid opening session unless presenting an official authorization letter issued in the name of the person authorized to attend.

All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with a red wax and stamped, with the following details written on the sealed envelope:

The general instructions of the tender are attached with the tender package and it should be read before initiating the offer.

Terms and requirements: 

• The bid must be submitted using the attached forms and annexes, bids that do not match the attached form will be disqualified.
• All Bid forms and documents related to this tender must be stamped by the supplier, any bid that does not comply with this will be excluded.
• All documents must be filled in with the required data, and any bidder who does not comply with this will be excluded.
• Pricing must be done in US dollar, any bid submitted in another currency will be rejected.
• The submitted prices must remain valid for a period of not less than ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening.
• The prices quoted must include all indirect additional costs such as taxes, delivery, installation and any other cost.
• TYF will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to TYF.

Legal Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

All suppliers intending to participate in this tender are required to submit all the legal documents listed below, which must be issued by the authorized official authorities in the South and remain valid at the time of bid submission:
1.    A valid commercial registration.
2.    A valid tax card.
3.    A valid Zakat card.
4.    A valid professional practice license.
5.    Must provide Bid Guarantee of 2.5% of the total amount of the offer valid for 90 days from the date of opening the bid.
6.    The supplier is not listed in any sanctions or ineligibility lists issued by the United Nations, the UN Secretary-General, or the World Bank.

Offerors who do not submit these documents will be disqualified from any technical or financial evaluation.
