1-    عن مؤسسة افاق شبابية:

مؤسسة افاق شبابية هي مؤسسة محلية غير ربحية تعمل على تنمية وتمكين المجتمع منذ عام 2013م ومقرها الرئيسي في محافظة عدن.

2-     تفاصيل الاعلان: 
تدعو مؤسسة آفاق شبابية الموردين والمقاولين المؤهلين (مكاتب/شركات) إلى تقديم عطاءاتهم للمناقصات التالية:

• مناقصة ( ASF/08/2025): توريد وتركيب ادوات مهنية لمهنة الخياطة - محافظة عدن 
• مناقصة ( ASF/09/2025): توريد وتركيب كشافات انارة (LED) تعمل بالطاقة الشمسية – محافظة عدن 
• مناقصة ( ASF/10/2025): توريد وتركيب تجهيزات مكتبية - محافظة عدن 

وذلك وفقًا لتفاصيل المواد والكميات والمواصفات الموضحة في جداول الكميات المرفقة في وثائق المناقصة

3-    التقديم: 

على الراغبين في التقديم لهذا الإعلان تقديم العرض الفني والمالي والوثائق القانونية حسب الارشادات، وبعد الاطلاع على وثائق المناقصة وتعبئة البيانات في الروابط ادناه. يجب تسليم متطلبات هذا الإعلان قبل الواحدة ظهرا يوم الثلاثاء 16/12/2025 م  في ظرف مغلق معنون باسم المناقصة – رقم المناقصة – اسم المورد / المقاول الى مقر مؤسسة افاق شبابية الكائن في محافظة عدن – مديرية خور مكسر – جولة فندق عدن – عمارة باهدى – شقة 36

• يجب تقديم العطاءات في مظروف كبير مستقل (A3) لكل مناقصة يرغب المورد بالمشاركة فيها، ويحتوي كل مظروف على ثلاثة مظاريف داخلية منفصلة (الأوراق القانونية – العرض الفني – العرض المالي). ويجب أن تكون جميع المظاريف مغلقة ومختومة بالشمع الأحمر، ومعنونة باسم ورقم المناقصة المحددة، إضافة إلى اسم الشركة وختمها الرسمي، وتسليمها إلى مقر مؤسسة آفاق شبابية: عدن – خور مكسر – عمارة باهدى – الدور الخامس – شقة 36."

يجب على المتقدمين إرفاق التالي: 

• صورة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
• ارفاق صورة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
• إرفاق شهادة مزاولة المهنة سارية المفعول.
• ارفاق صورة من البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول.
• ارفاق وثائق من الخبرات والتعاملات السابقة في نفس المجال.

لا يقبل اي عطاء ما لم يكن مستوفياً للوثائق اعلاه. تحتفظ مؤسسة افاق شبابية بحقها في بقبول او رفض جزء او كل العطاءات دون ابداء الأسباب.

اخر موعد للتقديم : الثلاثاء الموافق 16/12/2025 الساعة الواحدة ظهرا.

Tender Announcement for the Supply and Installation of Professional Tools, Office Equipment, , and Solar-Powered LED Lighting in Aden Governorate

1- About Afaq Shababiah Foundation:

Afaq Shababiah Foundation is a local non-profit organization working on community development and empowerment since 2013. Its headquarters is located in Aden Governorate.

2- Announcement Details:

Afaq Shababiah Foundation invites qualified suppliers and contractors (offices/companies) to submit their bids for the following tenders:

• Tender (ASF/08/2025): Supply and installation of professional tools for the sewing – Aden Governorate
• Tender (ASF/09/2025): Supply and installation of solar-powered LED lighting – Aden Governorate
• Tender (ASF/10/2025): Supply and installation of office equipment – Aden Governorate

This should be done in accordance with the item specifications, quantities, and details indicated in the Bill of Quantities attached in the tender documents.

3- Submission:

Interested applicants must submit their technical offer, financial offer, and legal documents according to the guidelines, after reviewing the tender documents and filling in the required information through the links below. All required documents must be submitted before 1:00 PM on Tuesday, 16/12/2025, in a sealed envelope labeled with the tender name, tender number, and the supplier/contractor name, and delivered to Afaq Shababiah Foundation headquarters in:

Aden – Khormaksar District – Aden Hotel Roundabout – Bahda Building – Apartment 36.

• Bids must be submitted in a separate large envelope (A3) for each tender the supplier wishes to participate in. Each envelope must contain three separate inner envelopes (Legal Documents – Technical Offer – Financial Offer). All envelopes must be sealed and stamped with red wax, clearly labeled with the specific tender name and number, and stamped with the company’s official seal, and delivered to:

Afaq Shababiah Foundation – Aden – Khormaksar – Bahda Building – 5th Floor – Apartment 36.

Applicants must attach the following:

• A valid tax card
• A valid commercial registration
• A valid professional practice license
• A valid Zakat certificate
• Documents proving previous experience and similar past work

Any bid that does not include all the required documents will be rejected.

Afaq Shababiah Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, partially or completely, without stating the reasons.

Deadline for submission: Tuesday, 16 December 2025, at 1:00 PM.
