تنفذ جمعية الوصول الإنساني للشراكة والتنمية (الوصول الإنساني) بتمويل من صندوق التمويل الإنساني في اليمن مشروع دعم المساعدة المنقذة للحياة للفئات الضعيفة في حالات الطوارئ ضمن مديريات المضاربة، والعارة، والمسيمير، وطور الباحة.
وتدعو الموردين المؤهلين لتقديم عطاءاتهم في مناقصة توريد الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية ومواد مكافحة العدوى ومواد النظافة  في مديريات المضاربة، والعارة، والمسيمير، وطور الباحة حسب الشروط والمواصفات المذكورة في وثائق المناقصة والتي يمكن الحصول عليها من خلال الرابط: https://forms.gle/sTYrDTSpPoyjCKvb8

سيقوم مقدم العطاء بالدخول عبر الرابط المذكور لتسجيل البيانات المطلوبة وسيظهر رابط وثائق المناقصة بعد استكمال تسجيل البيانات وإرسالها.

فيما يلي أهم متطلبات الاشتراك في المناقصة:

• يجب على مقدمي العروض قراءة وفهم والالتزام بكافة تعليمات وشروط ووثائق المناقصة التي تحتوي على:
  •  وثيقة الشروط والتعليمات (ملحق A)
  • نموذج عرض السعر (ملحق B)     
  • استمارة تأهيل مورد (ملحق C)
  • مدونة سلوك الموردين (ملحق D)
• إرفاق وثائق الثبوتية المذكورة في القسم الثالث من وثيقة الشروط والتعليمات (ملحق A).
• تعبئة وتوقيع وختم كافة وثائق المناقصة.
• يجب تقديم العطاءات في موعد أقصاه الأربعاء 8 / ابريل /2026م الساعة   10:30صباحا ولن يقبل أي عطاء بعد هذا التاريخ.
• ستعقد جلسة فتح مظاريف العطاءات يوم الأربعاء 8 / ابريل /2026 م في تمام الساعة 11:00 ظهراً في مقر الوصول الإنساني – مكتب المشروع الصحي للاجئين محافظة عدن- مديرية دار سعد نهاية حي الإنشاءات.

• يجب أن يكون العطاء مصحوبا بشيك مقبول الدفع أو ضمانة بنكية لمدة 90 يوما (من تاريخ تقديم العطاء) بمبلغ مقطوع 3000$ على ان يكون الضمان البنكي صادراً من بنك مرخص ومعتمد وليس عليه قضايا افلاس او أي قضايا معلقة في المحاكم تحد من قدرته على الإيفاء بالضمان. 
• يجب إرفاق عينة أصلية من كل صنف من أصناف الأدوية، بالنسبة للمستلزمات والمعدات الطبية، يمكن الاكتفاء بالكتالوجات أو صور واضحة تحتوي على كافة بيانات المنتج مع ضرورة توفيرها عند الطلب أثناء التحليل ويحق للمنظمة زيارة مخازن ومحلات المورد لمزيد من التقييم.
• يجب ألا تقل مدة صلاحية الأدوية وجميع الأصناف عن 18 شهرًا كحد أدنى من تاريخ التسليم ويفضل أن تكون سنتين أو أكثر.
• يفضل أن يكون لدى المورد القدرة على التوريد من أقرب مكان لمنطقة التنفيذ بحيث يمكنه التوريد في أقل فترة ممكنة.

Call of tender

Human Access for Partnership and Development (HUMAN ACCESS) with funded from Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF) is implementing the project of: Support Life-saving for vulnerable groups in Emergencies within Almadaribah wa Al aara, Almusaymir and Tue Albahah districts. 
HUMAN ACCESS calls for qualified suppliers to provide their bids in the tender for the supply of medicines, medical supplies, infection prevention control materials) IPC( and Hygiene supply in Almadaribah wa Al aara, Almusaymir and Tue Albahah districts according to the mentioned terms and specifications in the tender documents that can be obtained through the link:

The bid provider will enter through the above link to register the required data and immediately after sending it, will appear the tender document link.

The following are the most important competition requirements:

• Offers providers must read and understand and adhere to all tender instructions, terms, and documents that contain:
  • Document of conditions and instructions (TOR) (Annex A)
  • Offer form (Annex B)
  • Supplier qualification Form (Annex C)
  • Suppliers' code of conduct (CoC) (Annex D)
• Attach the identification documents mentioned in the (third section) of the document of conditions and instructions(TOR((Annex A).
• Fill, sign, and seal all tender documents.
• The bids must be submitted no later than    Wednesday 8th/ April / 2026 . 10:30 AM    in the morning and no bid will be accepted after this date.
• A tender opening session will take place on Wednesday, April 8th , 2026 AD, at 11:00 AM in the HUMAN ACCESS office ,Aden Governorate - Dar Saad District, the end of the Insha’at district.

• The bid must be accompanied by an accepted check or bank guarantee for 90 days (from the date of opening the envelopes) in a lump sum of $3000  Provided that the bank guarantee is issued by a licensed and accredited bank and that there are no bankruptcy cases or any pending issues that would limit its ability to fulfil the guarantee
• An original sample of each variety of medicines should be attached. As for medical supplies and equipment, it can be satisfied with the catalogs or clear pictures that contain all the data of the product, with the need to provide them on request during the analysis with the organization's right to visit the resource stores for more evaluation.
• The validity date of drugs and all items must not be less than 18 months as the minimum from the delivery date, and it is preferable to be two years or more. 
• It is preferred that the supplier has the ability to supply from the nearest place to the implementation area so that he can supply in the shortest possible period.
